East Grand Ave Fabulous Cottage

Esta pequeña cabaña está en el corazón de todo. Se encuentra en el tramo principal de East Grand Avenue con la playa de 7 millas en la parte trasera de la casa. Un paseo de 7 minutos por la carretera te llevará al famoso OOB Palace Playland (¡Nueva Inglaterra, solo diversión frente al mar!). ¿Por qué hacer círculos y círculos con su automóvil tratando de encontrar estacionamiento y luego pagar por el estacionamiento cuando puede caminar tan cerca? La cabaña también se encuentra cerca de 2 tiendas de conveniencia locales que ofrecen sus necesidades básicas de alimentos o su antojo de helados durante la noche. Una cubierta de nueva construcción para el disfrute de su familia. Nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable (refrigerador y estufa) han sido reemplazados. Beach Cabin

The place was clean and well decorated for a beach get-away. The living room was spacious and open to the kitchen and dining room. The host was very understanding when we had to leave early.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The location is perfect for beach access right around the corner and easily walkable to the pier and downtown area. We'd definitely stay here again.

Mostly a great experience. The place was clean and very close to the beach. Its listed as air conditioning which is a window unit in the living room so it took a bit to cool down the first day but after that it was fine. No cell service in the area so make sure you have access to WiFi for check in

The property is perfectly located next to the Walnut Street beach path. The home was exactly what we needed with two little ones (ages 2 and 6)Found that Pirates Patio had the best pizza so it’s right next door!I would recommend this home and look forward to another visit in the future.

Old Orchard Beach

The picture on VRBO leads you to believe you just go down the pathway shown to get to the beach when you are actually in a neighborhood and have to walk down the street to get to the beach. The house was very clean and both beds were very comfortable. The host was very fast to respond to my messages. Needs clean shower liner. We enjoyed our stay.

Slept great, convenient location

Luckily I brought my own washclothes, just tons and tons of towels. Microwave doesnt work, shower needs fresh caulking, new inner li er, it was slippery and moldy looking. The dryer went , noone was able to find, we googled it, upon cleaning, it was chucked full of lint. Not enough silverware, pots and pans were scaped up, but overall, it was clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, slept great, knowing now what i would need to bring, i would stay again. Certainly not complaining as it may seem, just saying a little more attention is needed for those couple things. Thank you very much , that was it

La plage tout à côté!

La plage est tellement proche de la maison, c’est génial! On n’a pas à trouver un stationnement. On peut revenir dîner à la fraîcheur et retourner à la plage. Il y a plein de choses à distance de marche et des spectacles gratuits dans le parc adjacent au Palace Playland. J’avais lu d’autres avis avant de louer, alors on était prêts avec des masques de sommeil (en raison des stores qui ne sont pas très opaques) et des bouchons, au cas où le bruit nous empêcherait de dormir. Oui il y a un train qui passe à proximité, mais c’est genre vers 23h et 5h du matin. On a tous très bien dormi! La cuisine offre un frigo, un poêle et le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Je recommande chaudement la beach house de Lana!

Great vacation spot

Stayed here for a few days with my family and had a great time. Location was excellent - steps to the beach, short walk to the pier, and set back just enough from the road to not be bothered by traffic/noise. It's an older place with plenty of quirks, but worked great for what we wanted in a weekend beach house. Discovering the old Disney vhs tapes was a nice surprise as well! The only thing to note is be prepared for poor cell service on a busy weekend, it can make check in a bit tricky if you can't get any messages! Luckily I found a public wifi hotspot nearby so it all worked out.

Very Pleased!

If you want a nice place in Old Orchard Beach that is close to everything, you'll be very happy if you go with this one. Like I said, it's close to everything, it''s clean and comfortable, and has plenty of parking. My family and I were very pleased with this place and plan to rent it again.
