Very clean and cozy space. The guest setup on the tv, allowing us to temporarily log into our streaming services, helped the place to feel like home away from home. My partner and i really appreciated the laundry detergent pods left for us by the host. We briefly met the owner while he was walking his cat, he was nice and the cat was very beautiful. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Portland.

Perfect 5-Day Stay!

This cottage was perfect for us! It's set back from the main road and has a lovely little sitting spot amongst a garden in the front. Has all the amenities - full kitchen, washer and dryer, internet/TV, SUPER comfy bed. We highly recommend this place to both those who have been to Portland and those who haven't! This is situated in the SE of the city which gave me the opportunity to explore that area a bit as someone who used to live in the NE and who was in town visiting for a wedding. Walkable to brunch, bars, Trader Joe's... Really just perfect. Though we didn't need them, the hosts made it clear they were available should we need anything at all!Oh! They had SO many pamphlets and books available to browse through for things to do - hikes, activities, markets, etc. A wealth of resources.I was too busy to take pictures, but it's darling. Stay here!

Good location

Kitchen was well stocked. Ants came out during our stay but the property person responded quickly. Bed was firmer than we prefer but that is a personal preference. Paid for a cleaning deposit but they had a sign asking to tidy up before checking out. Seems unreasonable. I realize that could be a VRBO standard.

Cozy cabin in safe neighborhood

My husband and I stayed in this comfortable cabin while helping our Reed College student move into off-campus housing. We were in walking distance of lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops, and we really enjoyed ourselves between runs to Costco and IKEA.

Lovely neighborhood, everything we needed

So easy to walk through the park and get to shops and restaurants, including food truck pod. Well stocked. If you're coming in winter, pack some slippers as the floor gets cold (heat works well, but floor is concrete).

Lovely stay

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay when we visited our child from out of state. This property was the perfect spot to come back to and relax after wandering around all day. I had one question before I booked the property, and it was answered immediately. We were able to get into the property easily, and we were thrilled to find it very clean, new and with everything we could possibly need. While we really only were there later in the evening, I loved how quiet and cozy the space was. We will definitely rebook when we come back.
