Thank you for your review. We do try to accommodate early check-in and late check-out whenever possible. However, it is our busy season, so we need to be fair to all guests with special requests.

Todo estuvo excelente Un hotel hermoso, limpio, el personal super bien!! Bien ubicado Lo único que le batallamos es que cobran el estacionamiento en $45 dlls la noche Cuando reservamos pensamos que incluía en el costo de la habitación y sugerimos al hotel que lo incluyeran

Thank you for the great review. Hotels in a downtown setting don't typically have their own parking. Because this is a mixed use building, that is the case as well. Unfortunately paying for parking downtown is hard to avoid. We are happy everything else was enjoyable during your stay,

Great Hotel and Location
We had a great experience at this hotel. I don's know how old it is but it is very well kept and looks like new. Hotel was very clean. Staff couldn't be nicier since check in until asking them for a wine cork screw. I will recomend it to anybody and have no doubt I will stay in this hotel if I ever visit Portland in the Future.

At check in, there was a very nice lady that was been trained by another guy. The thing is her being new, was very nice and the trainner was kind of rude and in a mood! Please dont let him ruin her great attitude. She should become his trainner.

It claims to be a 4 star hotel but is not as we expected. No microwave or kettle in the room. We have 4 people in the room, but there’re only 2 bottles of water, 2 disposable cups in the room. The room is very dim even with all the lights are on. Although the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, we were disappointed with the stay.

It is a very strange hotel. The room was clean, but not very comfortable. Shower is very bed, open, no AC, no adjustment. No one show up to clean the room. Price was ok, but stuff was not very helpful or nice. I guess this place is ok,

Hello! We are glad you thought our rooms were clean and tidy. We do have engineering available to assist with any temperature issues as all rooms have AC and heating. We also offer daily housekeeping, but you need to not leave the do not disturb on the door during your stay. We hope you come back to Portland again and give us another try.

The only thing I did not like about this property was the exorbitant daily fee that was charged for parking. We could’ve almost stayed another night at the hotel for what they charge. If you do not have to park a vehicle the place is great.

Hi Tracy! Thanks for the review. I know parking can be expensive at downtown hotels, but our secure parking is on the cheaper side for downtown Portland. We do have parking packages available for your next visit!

Conveniently located close to the Saturday market, restaurants as well entertainment venues. Very clean and simply decorated hotel. Great service. Handy to have Starbucks in the lobby.

Please offer better options for parking, just down the street you can park for $7-$15 per day but charges are around $45 per day for hotel parking.

Although the celling was high and made of cement, I think it took the heat away from being comfortable. I tried to raise the heat and that did not work. I had to stay under the covers or wear my clothes. Sheee.... Also, I have money pending on credit card from incidentals, I need to complete paper work so this needs to be either credit or debit asap.

Very convenient location. Price was very reasonable, until parking was added in. But, it was market rate for the area and was still reasonable. The desk setup and check-in, check-out was very streamlined and hassle-free. Much appreciated. Only thing annoying was the paucity of cups or glasses in the room.

My room was dirty The sheets had stains on them. A funny smell. I asked the person at the front desk. If they could have room service, bring me towels for two days straight end up buying my own.

The front desk was so friendly and willing to answer questions. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The area around the hotel was nice as it is next to the college campus.
