We loved this Inn! Our stay was at the beginning of May, so before peak season.
If you are not able to walk up stairs, definitely let the staff know when you book. We were on the second floor and there are no elevators (which didn't bother us), but if you had a difficult time with stairs, make sure you stay on the first floor.
If you book during peak season you may not be able to park in the small back lot, but there is more parking across the street, which the hotel staff explains to you when you get there. This is the case with all inns/hotels in Maine if you stay downtown so nothing unusual, but good to know if you're from out of town.
My boyfriend and I had a shared bathroom, which was clean and directly across the hall from us. We only stayed a night before we traveled up the coast to Bar Harbor, but I would absolutely stay here again.
