Place was clean comfortable and in a great location. Host was wonderful with lots of local recommendations. Neighbourhood was safe and easy to walk to local places. Never heard any street noise or noise from any neighbors. The only small complaint would be that the space did not have a lot of natural light, but it was not a big issue. Would definitely return on my next trip.

Loved this unit. It is quiet and peaceful. It was very clean. We did have to share a bathroom, but we knew that upon booking and we worked it out. The bedrooms are on opposite sides, so that felt private. There are great restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed Eem (Thai food) and Pi pizza. Would recommend and stay here again! (We had some laughs playing deer in the headlights...had never heard of the game before)

This was a wonderfully comfortable home base for our first visit to Portland. To echo other reviewers, this apt is in a quiet location and had with everything we needed, including easy parking. Our host was very responsive and offered suggestions on transit and for local coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Walking distance to a nice tattoo studio!

Very comfortable and clean

We enjoyed the easy access to restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped. The host was super responsive and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly Recommend!

I would highly recommend this property. It was very clean and neat upon arrival and the Host made check in easy. No issues with parking on the street and there are many restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance.

Northeast Portland home base

We were looking for a place to be our home base to explore food carts and do some hiking in the Gorge. This was a perfect location. Home was immaculate. Neighborhood was very walkable to grab a drink or coffee. Was a food cart pod nearby that we walked to for dinner one evening. Neighborhood felt safe. Easy parking . Bedrooms very comfortable and I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. We live very rurally, and I thought it may seem noisy to us, but it was super quiet inside while we were there. Great communication from host, easy check in and out. Had a lovely time and would definitely recommend.

alternate housing due to storm damage at our home

We stayed for a month and our moving into a larger apartment for 6-9 months while our house is under repair after major water damage. This worked perfectly for our quick need for a home base, close to our house. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated, has everything one needs, close to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. We parked our cars on the street and there was always parking, no issues with our cars. This place is on the ground level among several buildings which are close together. It is a bit dark, several times we walking outside and had no idea the sun was out. However, there is a big sliding glass door with patio, surrounded by greenery. It's winter and because of our house situation, we were probably more sensitive to the less sunlight issue. It's a great place to stay.

A Wonderful Retreat

A wonderful retreat. Host was responsive and helpful. The place was very comfortable. Could feel how much thought and consideration went into the design. Everything needed as a home away from home. Easy parking. A great walking neighborhood, grocery store and awesome restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

A perfect stay.

A perfect stay in Portland. The host made the entire process very easy. The apartment was super clean with enough space for the three of us. Parking was easy and there are a lot of great restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Absolutely fabulous. Peter took care of so many details that made it feel really like a 5 star luxury accommodation. It really felt like your own home. So comfortable. My senior mom stayed in the room by the bathroom. It was easy and comfortable for her. Thank you for everything.

Great trip!

This is a super cozy, quiet, clean retreat. Very responsive host who helped along the way. It's a thoughtfully, tastefully designed apartment with comfortable beds and furniture. Will return! Would definitely recommend.

Modern/quiet hide away

Peter’s place was impeccable. He provided us with all of the amenities you could ask for. The bed is very comfortable. Top of the line appliances. The outdoor patio was so peaceful and beautiful lighting. Steps away from amazing restaurants and bars. 5 stars all the way.

Awesome place :)

I have been traveling and working remotely all year, and this was the most comfortable and well thought out place that I have stayed. It seemed like every detail and possible want was considered, and I truly felt like I was at “home”. Peter was incredibly attentive and available whenever I needed something, yet still made sure to maintain my privacy. My only complaint was that it rained nearly every day I was there… but I’ll have to take that up with Portland. 😉 The neighborhood felt safe and I was able to walk to everything I needed close by… which included a great grocery store, and some delicious food and drink places. Was also just a short drive downtown and to other fun areas to see, which after seeing so much of the city I was really happy to chose the area that I did! Highly recommend this place, and thank you for a great stay!
