Classic one-bedroom apartment in Portland's Buckman/Hawthorne area. Sleeps up to four with a queen bed in the bedroom and a living-room sofa pullout. The apartment includes a full kitchen with dishwasher, seasonal window air conditioning, Cadet wall heat, a Roku TV, and shared coin laundry available by request. About 10 exterior stairs lead to the shared building entrance.



The Space:

This is a private one-bedroom apartment in a small shared-entry building. The bedroom has one queen bed. The second sleeping space is a sofa pullout in the living room; it is not a separate bedroom or standard bed and is not normally made up unless requested before arrival.



The kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker. The full bathroom has a tub and shower. The apartment has Cadet wall heaters and a seasonal window air conditioner that must not be set below 67°F.



The TV uses Roku. Guests use their own streaming accounts. Wi-Fi is provided, but speed and service availability are not guaranteed.



Guest Access:

The apartment is private; the exterior entrance and interior stairway are shared with other units. Self check-in uses the building entrance and a Unit 4 lockbox. Current access details are provided securely for the reservation.



There are about 10 exterior stairs to the building entrance and additional stairs to this upstairs apartment. There is no elevator.



Shared coin laundry is beside Unit 5 and is available by request between 9 AM and 8 PM. There is no in-unit washer or dryer.



There is no reserved or private parking. Guests use public curb parking and must follow posted signs.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in Southeast Portland's Buckman/Hawthorne area, near neighborhood restaurants, shops, and parks. Use a current map for destinations and opening hours.



Getting Around:

Walking, biking, public transit, rideshare, and driving are all options in the area. Routes, schedules, travel times, and parking rules can change, so check a current navigation or transit app before traveling.



Other Things to Note:

About 10 exterior stairs lead to the shared building entrance, and the apartment is upstairs with no elevator.



Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors.



The seasonal window air conditioner must not be set below 67°F.



Shared coin laundry is available by request between 9 AM and 8 PM. The apartment does not have an in-unit washer or dryer.



The home is in an urban shared-entry building, so some street or neighboring-unit noise is possible.
