Staff was very nice but the hotel was the dirtiest place I've ever been. Many things were broken also. I would not recommend this hotel.

Cheap but in a remodel

They're currently in a remodel so it'd be a bit unfair today to judge the condition it was cheap and it served a purpose I have only one complaint my bed was super lumpy

No hot water, peeling paint, holes in wall and furniture, excessive noise, unprofessional manager, the latch on the door was broken enabling anyone to access the room, environment was unsafe as many homeless individuals are in the area

Broken toilet handle, broken sink faucet, cable disconnected, ice machine not working. Positives were the front desk guy immediately fixed the cable, replaced forgotten keys without question. Best cable out of four hotels stayed at in the past week.

staff was rude and took my money but didint let me stay in the room that i payed for. said i was allowed in but not my children. really gave me stress that they wanted my family to sleep outside.

Room wasn’t vacuumed , there was a hole in our bathroom door & the bathroom looked like it was under construction bc of all the plaster on the wall. Wasn’t expecting a 5 star stay but was expecting that at least the floors would be vacuumed.

Our room had no shower curtain and black mold on the walls in the bathroom. Also ran out of the 1 half used toilet paper that was left in our room. I understand they were in the process of remolding but I wish they gave us a room that was decent.

Looks like they may be in the middle of a remodel, which is much needed! Hopefully they update their rooms and furniture because it was dated and uncomfortable. Bogus rules about guests not being able to have visitors because of COVID. Pool was closed. Just not that great. I should have done some research before booking.

Tons of construction that wasn’t mentioned prior to booking. Dirty and smelled awful. Band aid left in the rooms bathroom rolled up in an Ethernet wall connection. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed - very disappointed and grossed out.

Not safe to stay while on construction!

Not sure why still available to stay the night if this hotel is under construction!! It’s unsafe, not clean and construction employees still working late (arrived at hotel at 8:30 ish and still making construction noise) !! I did not stay there, once again felt unsafe ! Should not be rented while/during construction. Old beds and furniture outside , construction tools outside with fences, it looks that it’s been demolished! Or vandalized!

Unprofessional

I didnt even get to check in because i apparently stayed at this hotel before (never been there in my life) and they said i couldnt stay there after they already charged my debit card. Now i have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my money refunded. Worst experience ive ever had trying to stay at a hotel. Ill never use this site again.

The lady I spoke to was rude and nosey. I’m pretty sure she is a price gouger considering they charge per person. No visitors. Very poor customer service. Then when I told her I changed my mind and wanted to stay elsewhere she got hostile and VERY rude. -10/10. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Was a good price for the property, Very unfortunate that the fire alarms went off in th middle of the nite several times. Didn't get much sleep due to the malfunction. they do take a $100 deposit and hold it for a week. Not sure why it takes so long to get your deposit back?
