Cozy and delightful! This cozy little studio has everything you need for a stay in the Sellwood neighborhood. It’s perfectly located, nicely decorated, private, clean, and comfy. The small patio area is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking to explore this area of Portland, you can’t go wrong booking at Coco Rose.

Excellent cost with superior quality

Wonderful property in lovely neighborhood

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very quick to respond and helpful with any questions. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed, and was in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay again when we visit Portland!

Perfect location.

Exactly what we needed for a short visit with our son in Sellwood. We especially liked that it had a couch and chair for relaxing inside.

Lovely space right in the heart of Sellwood

My sister's family lives right around the corner and I wanteda space to stay in for the weekend. This was perfect! All of the things I needed conveniently located within walking distance of my family! Thank you for a perfect little getaway!

A Little Hideaway

This place packs in everything you would need. It's all in one area but they've done a great job accommodating everything, including a washer and dryer. It sits nestled behind the main house and was very private and quiet. This little place gets the job done at a good price.

Perfect for visit to Lewis & Clark College

I stayed at Coco Rose Retreat when visiting my daughter at Lewis & Clark. It was a perfect location - close to the school and in the heart of Sellwood and all of its restaurants and businesses. The space itself was clean and very nice - great for my solo trip to Portland.

Cute spotless abode

The Coco Rose is a delight. This cute little studio is tucked away in a garden in the fun Sellwood neighborhood and has everything a traveler might need. I especially appreciated how clean it was, and how well stocked with fluffy towels, coffee, snacks, etc…I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Portland.

Very comfortable and very nice! Great fully equipped kitchen with new appliances! Perfect location too! It was rather cold outside during our stay and the unit was nice and toasty! We'll definitely be back!

Great place in Portland

The location was great and near food trucks and shopping. The building was off the road in the back with a small patio, making it quiet and private. The room had everything we needed. And as a plus, there was a very nice cat that would come and visit us on the patio every now and then!

Adorable Portland cottage

Loved this rental! It had everything you could need! The furnishings are super comfy! Location is fantastic! Kangaroo Coffee Roasters and Boiled Bagels have delicious and healthy options! It made our visit to Portland even better. We got to walk, explore, kayak and relax! Thank you!

This property had everything I needed for a week-long stay. I especially enjoyed having a washer/dryer, so I didn’t have to pack so much! Very clean, very quiet and a lovely neighborhood (and food trucks!) steps away.

Everything but the kitchen sink

Although the space is compact it has everything except a kitchen sink, even a washer snd dryer. I was concerned parking on the street might be an issue but we were able to park right in front of the rental most of the time. With all the restaurants snd shopping in the area it is a great location in Sellwood.

Hippest neighborhood in Sellwood

This space was adorable and is located 1 block off 13th, the hippest street in Sellwood. Loved the Tea Chai train and all the outside eateries. The room was great with nice lounge space inside and outside. The bedding was comfy, but the bed frame was crazy squeaky and the mattress was very, very firm - not great for side sleepers. Would still stay again- great place.
