    **Parking can be very difficult to find in this highly popular area. Most of the parking is metered with a 4 hour time limit. We highly recommend walking, using public transport or using car services as needed during your stay. Please do not, under any circumstances, park in or otherwise block any neighboring driveways. This property provides no parking, temporary or otherwise, and blocking or utilizing neighbor driveways will result in immediate towing.     Other Things to Note:

    - IMPORTANT: Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on this property and will result in a $500 fine and additional action up to eviction.



    - Please note that due to numerous stairs, this is not a good fit for anyone with mobility issues.



    - This is a 2-bedroom apartment located in a multi-tenant building, and like all apartments, slight noise from the other apartments occupants can be heard at times. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am to ensure a quiet home!

    5) License plate number if bringing a car (please provide on the day of check in if renting a vehicle)

This property was very nicely appointed. The kitchen was well equiped with basic needs; cookware, blender, toaster, dinnerware and drinkware. Upon our arrival we found it to be clean and ready for us. The rooms were spacious. We enjoyed the location, as advertised; steps from 23rd Street. Coffee, restaurants, a wonderful French bakery and other shopping were within easy walking distance. Zupan's upscale grocery was just blocks away as was Trader Joe's. We rented the property for over a month's time so had need of these grocers. We were able to walk almost anywhere; Washington Park, Japanese Gardens and downtown. We also frequently used the cities trams and busses.
