From the outside it didn’t look like much, but when you got inside it was a tranquil beautiful retreat. The hostess thoughtfully stocked the cabin w everything you could need while there. Lots of towels, bug spray, games, a great book collection, and even a record player. The lake view was breath taking at sunset. The only thing that could have used improving was the windows in the sunroom really need cleaned and the outside patio area needed cleaned as well lots of webs and spiders. Those 2 things hardly dampened the stay. We will definitely be back.

We enjoy quick getaways, this was just what we needed to unwind and just hangout, for end of May it was rainy and cold but we had a great time despite the weather. Comfy & inviting cottage.

Beautiful place! Rained all weekend but the Fisherman’s cottage was cozy and comfortable for the four of us.It is a little bit of a drive to nicer restaurants. But that would not deter me from going back again. Thoroughly enjoyed the space.

The property was exactly as it is listed. Loved the views, warm homey feeling and ease of use. Our daughter will be attending Fredonia in the fall. Can't wait to book our next stay!

Perfect cottage for a relaxing weekend! We stayed to be super close to Fredonia and it was perfect! The cottage had everything we needed of our girls night!

After reading the other reviews, we booked this cottage and boy did it deliver! Amazing views, a hammock, firepit, and a perfect sun porch for reading, that we will return to enjoy in warmer weather. Inside, everything has been thought of and we wanted for nothing. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog, as well. Julie was attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. You will not be disappointed so book it already!pup

It was a great place to stay. There were no surprises. Everything was as I expected. It had a beautiful view of Lake Erie and was just right for a couples getaway.

Very pretty cottage nestles right by Lake Erie! Highly recommend. Will def book again when we bring our dog along. Owner was very cooperative and great communication.

What a lovely place with a niece view of the lake. The cottage was cozy and so comfortable. We had a great reunion. I hope we are able to do this visit again very soon.
