Si l’appartement offre toutes les commodités sur le papier il en est un peu différent sur place. Il est situé au dessus du parking de l’immeuble et d’un parking public ouvert 24h, à côté des 4 poubelles vidées le mercredi matin vers 5 heures du matin. Arrivés le mardi après midi l’eau nous a été coupée vers 20h par semble t il des colocataires hostiles a Abritel, pratique pour la douche et les toilettes. Nous avons géré en trouvant le robinet d’eau de l’immeuble à l’extérieur de l’appartement le lendemain vers 10h. Ensuite pas d’eau chaude, problème réglé mais tardif. Sur place le strict minimum sel poivre quelques capsules de café, pas de sucre ni de Porto de bienvenue. Sinon parfait . Dommage que la ligne rose du tram soit en construction beaucoup de travaux mais la bibliothèque Lello est toujours là.

La vivienda es amplia y tiene todos los servicios. La plaza de parking es muy amplia. No obstante, está poco cuidada y con poca limpieza en profundidad. La casa tenía hormigas por el suelo de habitaciones, baños y la cocina, una habitación tenía una humedad enorme en la pared, otra habitación olía a orina de gato, había telas de araña en el techo que debían llevar allí meses por su tamaño, el sofá estaba muy desgastado y lleno de manchas que no te animaba a usarlo, la vitrocerámica estaba rajada por varios lugares…El contacto con la propiedad fue ágil aunque hasta solo 1 hora antes de la entrada no se facilitó información sobre cómo acceder a la casa. La casa es fantástica si la arreglan y limpian

We weren’t met by anyone. It would’ve been helpful as finding the safe box & garage were complicated. Street access difficult with roadworks too.The place itself was great. Comfortable rooms & amenities. Perfectly located to explore Porto on foot

Disappointed with this property. I signed a contract for a payment plan as offered. The property charged me the entire cost on one day. They made consistent promises via messages that they “would offer a solution” and never did, explaining that reversing their charge or giving me a credit would impact their operating budget. I am still waiting. They advertised a kitchen with salt, pepper, etc. and there was nothing. No hand soap in bathrooms, just shower gel that we were told to use for everything including dish soap. The grout in the bathroom was black and moldy. I’d choose differently.

Overall a fabulous stay. Unfortunately there were some major roadworks which made it challenging to get to. Once inside the apartment itself was beautiful however the outside space was disappointing - access through a bedroom and not of the same standard as the rest of the apartment. Amazing bathrooms with ample toiletries. Great stay overall thank you.

Meets our needs

We are a family of 6. The apartment is in a great location with easy walking distance to central Porto. All basic needs are made available. Friendly and responsive communication with agents, reacting swiftly to queries and requests. Comfortable and spacious living and sleeping accommodation. Would recommend for families or big groups.

Good location.

Great apartment for 5 adults. Close to walk Porto sights. Clean apartment nice private patio. Owner did not collect tax on arrival, nor did give instructions to leave upon leaving. Now we need to send money order internationally. Took us over an hour to locate. Thankfully the owner had someone there to orient us to rental and parking. Some close by restaurants.

Comfort and location

Location is convenient. We walked everywhere. Even over to Gaia but we walk a lot in general. Mattresses were reasonable but we prefer firmer. Middle bedroom was not a double bed but two twins pushed together.

Nice Spot in Porto Neighborhood, Convenient to Old Town

This apartment had easy access to the Old Town areas of Porto, we walked downtown daily. It's on the first floor of an apartment building, so it was a breeze to move into. There had been some damage to this place that had not been taken of (radiators working, but pulled away & falling off the walls, and door handles and locks broken on both bathroom doors). We managed alright with this, but it was not in great shape. If these repairs have been made, I'd say it would be a very comfortable place for travelers to choose.

Porto Rental

The good- This is a spacious unit within walking distance of just about everything you’d want to do in Porto. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, and a small terrace off one of the bedrooms. There is a parking space in the garage below the unit. The bad- Check in didn’t go well at all. We reached out to the property manager about an hour and a half before our arrival per the instructions. We drove into town from Coimbra and ended up waiting For about 40 minutes for someone to show up. I kept having to circle the block because there was no parking nearby and I could not get in the garage. When someone finally arrived to get us into the unit, we were informed that there was a mix up with the cleaning crew and the unit wasn’t cleaned after the previous renters left. It was New Year’s Eve and we had dinner reservations that we reserved for 200 Euro for the four of us. We were in danger of missing our reservation because we needed to change. I do appreciate the fact that the team had a sense of urgency to make it right. In the end, we made our reservation and everything turned out okay. The unit is in need of some repairs and upgrades. Some door handles are broken and the beds are rather uncomfortable. There was lots of construction and renovations going on in the area of the unit while we were there. Overall, the location was great and the unit worked well for us. As far as check in is concerned, things happen.

Really nice apartment!

We all enjoyed our stay in Porto! The apt is very clean, comfortable with plenty of space for 4 adults. Communication was great and parking was a plus. We all enjoyed the GK resturant/lounge around the corner for nightly drinks and was very close to shopping and Cafe's If we ever come back to Porto, we will definitely stay here! Amazing stay

Absolutely loved our stay in Porto and this apartment did not disappoint. It is spacious, clean, the terrace is amazing and it is within walking distance to cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Rua Augusta is not even an 8 minute walk away and the famous Livraria Lello is about a 10 minute walk. The major bonus of this apatment is that it has an underground parking spot. Didn't want to drive in Porto, so we parked our car for our entire stay. We walked, took a tuk tuk and grabbed an Uber if my elderly mom was too tired to walk. 10+, would stay there again.

Ça aurait pu être mieux !

Très propre et spacieux. Bien situé mais terrasse accessible que par une chambre avec beaucoup de vis à vis. Dans cette chambre il est indiqué deux lits d'une personne alors que c'est un lit terroir très inconfortable avec un volet qui ne se ferme pas complètement ! Les deux autres chambres spacieuses et correctes sauf qu'il manque un volet roulant et que le fenêtre ne fermait pas car gond cassé. Avons signalé le défaut à Paula mais pas de réponse ! On a dormi avec le bruit. Couchage salon inexistant. Vaisselle juste pour 6 personnes et verres à pied en plastique ! Très désagréable pour boire le vin. Bruyant car deux parkings sous la résidence.

Comfortable and spacious apartment

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and well equipped. Rodolfo could not have been more helpful, and especially tolerant of our repeated failed attempts at an international bank transfer. The location is excellent, easy to walk to the city centre, nearby bus stops at the hospital, 15 minutes to the metro. Reasonable local supermarket nearby and a lovely wine shop and bar selling natural wines only one minutes walk away. More great wine bar / tapas places and small restaurants within 10 -15 mjnute walk. We had a fabulous time. Only slight improvements would be more and bigger glasses and some suggestions for places to eat nearby. Not the owners fault, but it was very noisy at times. A new metro station for the hosital is being constructed at the end of the road, and work went on overnight on several nights, at times making sleeping difficult. Once this is completed, it will be much more restful.

Perfect

The property was superb. Locatiin was perfect for getting in to Porto. Everything was arranged for us. Rodolfo and his team were there with answers to queries ahead of our stay whenever we had them. They sorted a taxi for us. We were met at the property and shown around. The accommodation is fantastic and everything there you could want. So comfortable and very clean. Rodolfo ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay and when we (sadly) had to leave our taxi was bang on time. A beautiful city made all the more perfect by a fantastic apartment. Thank you and we would recommend this property to anyone.
