The sleeping area boasts a queen-sized bed and a wardrobe with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, ensuring you have all you need to refresh.

The property is located in the city center, where ongoing construction in the surrounding area may cause some daytime noise.

The studio will be professionally cleaned before your arrival for your peace of mind.

This address is in close proximity to two popular attractions - the iconic Luís I Bridge and the stunning Porto Cathedral. Surrounding the area are fantastic dining options such as Restaurante Abadia do Porto and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante, offering delicious local cuisine. With its central location, this address is a great starting point to explore the city and all it has to offer.

It is conveniently situated within walking distance of Porto São Bento station (5 minutes) and Bolhão station (6 minutes). This central location provides easy access to public transportation, allowing guests to explore the city with ease. The area is bustling with shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, making it an ideal base for visitors looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Porto.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag.

Any intervention from a technician due to lost keys or service to open the door during the stay will be fully charged.

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
