This lovely apartment with 55m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a TV to watch all your favorite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use. A washing machine is also available.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed, and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom has bunk beds. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

It is located on the 1st Floor with an elevator.

There is a terrace with outdoor furniture where you can relax.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This area is one of the bustling streets in the heart of Porto. It's known for its lively atmosphere, lined with shops, cafes, restaurants, and historic buildings. The street is centrally located, making it a popular spot for locals and tourists alike to explore and enjoy the vibrant culture of Porto. With its charming cobblestone pavement and unique architecture, Rua do Almada offers a delightful experience for anyone visiting the city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Trindade, is just a 5-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
