The Space:
You will have at your disposal a cozy living room with a sofa bed, dining table, and a small French balcony; a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals; a comfortable double bedroom with a wardrobe, and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your comfort during your stay.

For your greater comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning (1 unit), a dishwasher, a Smart TV with a box of channels, and Wi-Fi.

The Neighborhood:
Rua do Cristelo is a special place, full of history and charm, standing out in the heart of a welcoming and vibrant city. Located in the picturesque Cais das Pedras area and close to the Douro River, its beauty and cultural richness have captivated both locals and visitors for centuries.

Around the apartment, you will find the Confraternity of Souls Church, the Electric Car Museum, the Porto Customs House, and many dining options such as Taberna Cais das Pedras, O' Rio, Caseirinho, and many more. About 500 meters from the apartment, you’ll find a supermarket for your shopping needs.

The best public transport options to this area are the charming tram departing from Ribeira do Porto, bus number 500 leaving from São Bento Station in the city center, or buses 200, 201, 207, and 302 from the Aliados area.

The apartment is just 3 minutes away from the Douro River promenade. We suggest walking along the river toward the Porto city center or Foz for breathtaking views.

Getting Around:
If you want to explore the rest of the city's wonders, you'll find the Trindade metro station just 10 minutes away, with access to several lines.

Other Things to Note:
The key collection is done at our Welcome Center - located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior approval, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, you will be charged a cost (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s intervention to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – price upon request.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package costs, set at €150. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow entry to a team member whenever requested by the host to carry out an inspection of the property, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.

We have a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to make the request!
