The Space:

Enjoy a bright two-bedroom, three-bathroom duplex apartment. The living room features a comfortable chaise longue sofa that converts into a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating extra guests. Relax with a flat-screen TV and cable channels, and stay connected with high-speed WiFi. The fully equipped kitchenette offers everything you need to prepare your meals, including a dining table. Each bedroom, located on the upper floor, has an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort. An additional guest bathroom is available on the lower floor. This apartment is the perfect choice for a memorable stay in Porto.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire flat, including the two bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and patio/balcony. Enjoy private and exclusive access to all areas, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

Explore Avenida dos Aliados, a city landmark, and lose yourself in the shops on Rua das Flores. For the perfect end to the day, enjoy an unforgettable dinner in Ribeira, with panoramic views of the River Douro and Cais de Gaia. For sun and sea lovers, the beaches of Foz do Douro are just a short drive away, only 7 km. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything Porto has to offer.



Getting Around:

To make your arrival and departure easier, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on enquiry). The apartment is strategically located with easy access to an extensive public transport network. For those arriving by car, there is paid parking nearby. The nearest metro station, Lapa metro station, is just a few minutes’ walk away, providing quick connections to various parts of the city, including the historic centre and the Ribeira district. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is around 15 minutes’ drive or 30 minutes by metro.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection is done at our Welcome Center – located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto – where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, a replacement cost will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – price upon request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses of 190€. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be covered by the guest.



The tenant is required to allow access to a staff member for property inspections whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
