The sleeping area features two spacious double bedrooms and a full bathroom with a large shower.
The property also includes a terrace equipped with a washer and dryer, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. To ensure maximum comfort in every season, all rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art inverter air conditioning.

- Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €40.00 for a double set (also for single use) and €20 for a single set. Sheets and three towels are included.
