“We would give villa Ucelli 100/10. It was the most beautiful location!! The owner Franco was delightful, and the property manager Nikola was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely stunning. Walking distance to Paraggi beach, Portofino, and Santa Margherita. The public bus is located just down the hill for easy riding to Santa Margherita & Portofino. Amazing location. restaurants, people, beaches - absolutely loved it!! ”

“Bellissima villa immersa nel verde. Le foto dell'inserzione non rendono del tutto giustizia all'abitazione di cui ci si innamora sin da subito. Ideale per soggiornare con un buon gruppo di amici. La struttura si staglia sopra Chiavari quindi per andare al mare si prende l'auto per comodità.Host (Jennifer) cortese e puntualissima nel rispondere ai messaggi e alle richieste.Non escludo che ci torneremo nei prossimi anni.5 stelle su tutti i fronti!”

“Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben...

“This property was dreamy. Arlene, our host greeted us with welcome arms. She was just lovely. The house was immaculate, view was stunning. We spent most of our time on the veranda sharing meals and playing games. When we got warm, we enjoyed the outdoor shower! We stayed 6 days but could have stayed longer. “As others have said you can hear motorway noise but this really didn't bother us. Location is not quite as described as it's not in the centre of cavi but up a steep winding hill so takes around 20 minutes to walk to nearest restaurant. “The property is in excellent condition and well maintained. Very peaceful and tou can hear the church bells every hour. We walked 45 minutes down the mountain to the town of Zoagli on the trail next to the property. Very intense but worth it. This property does have 50 stairs to get access to so prepare accordingly. Would stay here again without question.”

“We had a tremendous time in the house. It was spacious, the garden was very enjoyable. The kids loved the jacuzzi. We stayed outside for hours watching the see and the sky, reading books and having dinner together. We also had the opportunity to bake pizza in the oven. It was the first time for us.
