“The staff were fantastic we arrived soaking wet after a 4 hour motorcycle ride in the rain. They let us put our riding gear in the boiler room to dry out overnight.
Restaurant staff were great too
Great big comfortable bed.”

“Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. ”

“Hotel is a bit dated and could do with a freshen up but for what you pay, I can’t complain.
The staff were fantastic, especially the young man in the restaurant on Saturday night, a credit to the hotel. Food was also first class.”
