"The apartment was great. It was well equipped and it had a nice location, at walking distance from stores and restaurants. We were very happy with it BUT the check-in process was terrible. I sent various messages requesting the check-in details before arrival day (code for the key or any instructions) and they never responded. The ad mentioned that personal was in the property for arrivals too but nobody was there, only one person painting the building who was so nice and helped us call the owner of the apartments next to it (the owner of our apartment did not respond and also had a different number than the one in Expedia) and managed to get us the code for the key. Terrible check-in experience. We were very worried we were going to left with no accommodation. If it was not for that man we would be."
