“It was nice to be within walking distance of the gorgeous span of Atlantic ocean beach. The house was in a great location. Beds were grsar, we all slept well. The bathroom was kind of gross and outdated (esp the shower), furniture appeared to be curb finds. For the nightly price i expected a bit nicer accomodations. Overall though host was fantastic, location was great, too. We were there for just a night stopover before flying out the next morning”

“While the weather turned a bit cold and windy. It was a great stay to unwind from a tough year. The fireplace was fantastic and so were the restaurant recommendations by the owner. Would definitely like to enjoy the property when it's warmer out to enjoy the outdoors more.”

“This was a great stay. highly recommended. You can walk to a wonderful park and also walk to get lobster rolls that are fantastic. The view out the back was a highlight to us as much as being able to see the ocean from the deck. Quiet, beautiful and overall a perfect stay. You won't be disappointed”

“Cute place in great location - a little over 1 mile walk to downtown. Small spaces with narrow stairs to bedroom but excellent use of hooks/shelves to allow comfortable stay. Temperature during our 4 night stay ranged from mid-50's to mid-70's. Ongoing problem with temperature control to cool place. Management company tried to offer solutions but not effective. Weather stripping at base of back door also coming off. Hopefully these issues have been resolved. Otherwise lovely and convenient...

“Property appears to be new construction. The rooms were good sized. Beds were comfortable. All the appliances worked without issue. My only negative is that the home is located on a main thoroughfare. Traffic noise can be a bit much, but it quited down after about 9:30pm.My interactions with the owner were quick and easy. We got timely answers to the questuons we asked. If i have ti travel back into the atea, I would want yo use this property again.”

“I am very pleased with this property it was as advertised, very clean, great spot very close to beach(minor walk but still very close) and the action in Hampton Beach community.Parking worked out fine for 3 full size vehicles and it’s very close drive to MOTORSPORTS PARK at Epping NH for NHRA Nationals.
