El edifico dice que fue hace poco tiempo refaccionado y quizá si las camas y el mobiliario (refrigerador/microondas) pero el aire acondicionado mete muchísimo ruido y el olor a humedad en todo el edificio es fuerte, más aún el olor a cigarrillo en el ingreso (front desk) del hotel, tohallas de muy mala calidad y sin desayuno que fue uno de los ítems que puse en mis preferencias al buscar hotel.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

I'm glad they sent this email for feedback. I plan on reaching out to ask for a refund for my stay. After I paid for room I found out that that elevator did not work. I took my bags to the third floor only to find out I was giving a room that someone was already occupying. So I had go to back down the steps w/ my bags. In the room the shower curtain had mold on it. The button to flush the toilet was on top the toilet. But the toilet was covered by sink count. So I had to squeeze my finger in between to flush the toilet. The elevator, shower curtain, and toilet were my main concerns. They had some other minor paint issues that looked like it could be a leak. And for the price I paid I would not expect to see that

Roaches in the bathroom, cigarette burns on bedding, broken furniture, and a cracked door. Only two towels for four guest and I was questioned when I asked for more. Cannot ask for a separate hair towel. They’ll only give you four towels if you have four people. No toiletries, all soap dispensers were empty. Vending machines barely functioning and empty.

I liked the microwave and refrigerator, being in the room. I liked the size of the TV. I did not like not having enough towels in the room for me and my 3 guests. I did not like the soap dispenser in the shower being empty and hard to dispense. The room was a bit small, but doable. I love having free coffee in the front, but there was no non-sweetener, just regular sugar. there also were no lids for the coffee cups. Checkin/out was easy.

I had a great stay
I have seen a lot of poor reviews on this place but I figured I would try anyway. My room was spotless, I did not see any bugs or anything of the sort. The beds were comfortable and the room smelt nice. I actually had the luxury of meeting the owner and I can tell he takes pride in his properties very nice guy. I was brought towels, wash clothes and trash bags daily. Staff was very friendly. The area does have a bit of foot traffic but after all it is a big city. If I ever go back to the area again I will definitely use their services again. Price was just to hard to beat and service was solid.

It was in a rough neighborhood, smelled like a pot smoking festival as soon as we walked in and all through the building. The room stank, no clean towels, mold in the bath tub, cigarette holes in sheets, and unidentifiable bugs. Would not recommend to anyone
