AMORE RENTALS - Casa Cristallo with private Terrace and Sea View

  • CASA CRISTALLO es una hermosa casa frente al sol y al mar, para 6 personas. Desde Casa Cristallo disfrutará de una vista impresionante del mar y de Positano. Casa Cristallo tiene aproximadamente 110 metros cuadrados y tiene una terraza privada con vista al mar, aire acondicionado, calefacción y acceso a Internet WI-FI.

    Estará en una zona peatonal, a unos 500 metros de Positano, donde encontrará restaurantes, tiendas y la línea de autobús SITA Amalfi-Sorrento. Encontrará la playa más cercana a aproximadamente 1 km. Llegará a Casa Cristallo desde el nivel de la calle y subirá por un sendero público que incluye aproximadamente 50 pasos.

    No necesitarás un coche para alojarte en Casa Cristallo. Si viene en automóvil, puede estacionarlo por un cargo a lo largo de la vía pública (la distancia real puede variar según la disponibilidad de asientos) o en un estacionamiento privado en el centro (donde puede reservar un asiento).

    LA TERRAZA es de unos 30 metros cuadrados y está equipada con mesas, sillas y tumbonas. Desde la terraza podrá disfrutar de una vista encantadora de la playa Grande di Positano, de la costa y del mar. Llegará a la terraza desde la entrada principal subiendo diez escalones.

    LA ESTANCIA es amplia y luminosa. El mobiliario es elegante y confortable. Aquí encontrará un sofá cama doble, una mesa con sillas para seis personas, un televisor y el área de la cocina. La habitación está equipada con aire acondicionado y calefacción. La cocina está equipada con una cocina de gas de cuatro quemadores, un horno a gas, una nevera grande con congelador, un lavavajillas, un horno microondas, una cafetera de estilo italiano, una máquina de café estadounidense, una tostadora y otros pequeños electrodomésticos.

    EL PRIMER BAÑO está equipado con un lavabo, un inodoro, una ducha y un secador de pelo. Llegarás al baño desde la sala de estar.


    Piso superior

    El primer dormitorio tiene una cama doble y un televisor. Desde el dormitorio podrá entrar en un pequeño balcón desde donde podrá admirar una bonita vista de la playa Grande di Positano y en parte del mar. La habitación está equipada con aire acondicionado / calefacción.

    El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble y un televisor. La habitación está equipada con aire acondicionado / calefacción. Desde el dormitorio podrá entrar en un pequeño balcón desde donde podrá admirar una bonita vista de la playa Grande di Positano y en parte del mar. La habitación está equipada con aire acondicionado / calefacción.

    EL SEGUNDO BAÑO está equipado con un lavabo, un inodoro, una ducha y un secador de pelo. Llegarás al baño desde el pasillo.



    A saber

    - Impuesto turístico: 1,50 �� por persona y día durante las primeras 7 noches, del 1 de abril al 31 de octubre. Los niños hasta la mayoría de edad están exentos de pago..
    - Para las llegadas después de las 8:00 pm, se aplicará un cargo adicional de 60,00 euros a la llegada.
    - Fianza: 200,00 euros. El depósito de seguridad le será devuelto el día de la salida en caso de que no haya daños en la propiedad.
    - Limpieza final: 140.00 euros.

Great value for the stay!Amazing view from the rooftop balcony -- we spent several late evenings up there. Lots of steps to get to the property from main beach, but it is Positano :)5/5 recommend for family with kids

Great views up high

The property was as advertised - clean and nice. Our host Anna was terrific and very responsive. Lots of steps to get down to the town/waters edge - be prepared - but the views from the balconies are pretty amazing.

The host was helpful in guiding us to the property. We ended up hiring luggage porters to bring our luggage to the property from the ferry dock as there are many stairs to climb. The place was clean and secure. It is also located in a great spot, close to bus stops and restaurants. The views were spectacular. Everything was in walking distance.

She was so flexible in allowing us to arrive early, was very responsive to any questions/concerns that came up, and was so helpful in giving us recommendations for transportation, restaurants, directions, and more. The house itself is modern and pretty centrally located, but prepare for stairs! It's located pretty high up in positano, but that gives it great views (especially from the roof.)

Ideal Stay

The host was helpful in guiding us to the property. We ended up hiring luggage porters to bring our luggage to the property from the ferry dock as there are many stairs to climb. The place was clean and secure. It is also located in a great spot, close to bus stops and restaurants. The views were spectacular. Everything was in walking distance. The only issue we had was we didn’t have great communication with the host after check-in. We didn’t have any guidance regarding the checkout process.

Amore rentals was outstanding!! Super responsive before and all during our stay. They also set up things like porterage service for luggage, which I highly recommend bc of all the steps!!! They also set up round trip transportation for us from Naples!!Outstanding all the way around!!! I also liked that you had wine already there that we could purchase!! A suggestion would be having kitchen towels available in addition to paper towels in the kitchen, also extra sets of towels!!

A fantastic stay for a family of six.

The beautiful views, the modern/clean accommodations and the roof top were exactly what we expected and received. The number of stairs was offset by the local bus stopping at our location for a minor fee. We would return. Some written details on where to eat and how to get transportation within Positano.

Lovely updated apartment that is just as pictured

Lovely updated apartment that is just as pictured. As with anywhere in Positano, there are steps but this apartment is located in a nice area, near food markets (~10 minute walk), steps to mid-Positano shopping/restaurant area (~15 minute walk), main beach is ~20 minute walk. View from the bedroom balconies is beautiful (classic Positano hillside view) but we spent most of our time on the amazing rooftop deck. Host was helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Our family of four had a great time staying here recently

Our family of four had a great time staying here recently. Anna, the host, is easy to work with and had plenty of recommendations for restaurants and tours within Positano and kindly arranged an airport shuttle at the end of our stay. The apartment is just as pictured very clean and recently remodeled with great views off the balcony and air conditioning to take the edge of the warm summer nights. Would not hesitate to returnrecommend!

Wonderful stay! The view from the bedroom is even more gorgeous than we expected and everything was spotlessly clean. Not too far from the beach and town centre, and located in a quiet area which was perfect. Anna was very helpful and check in was smooth. Would definitely stay here again.
