  • Villa Mariarosaria is a stunning property overlooking the picturesque bay of Positano. It is located a short distance from downtown, spread over two levels, and surrounded by beautiful terraces with ocean views. Outside, the villa features a swimming pool for guests’ exclusive use, complete with lounge chairs, a table, and chairs. Inside, the villa features a spacious living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, and traditional electric oven, and a large double bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower and a hair dryer. On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms, all with air conditioning, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi is available.

    The property was absolutely beautiful, perched atop the hills of Positano with an amazing city view. The funicular was a must have to access but the adjacent hotel staff were very accommodating. The host Connie was great to communicate with and our vacation could not have been more pleasant. Beautiful and abundant outdoor balcony and private pool was the perfect setting for a hot Italian summer day!

    It was our first time to Positano for our family and we had the most memorable experience that we will never forget. Our host Conny met us as we arrived and showed us all the amenities at our villa and was most excellent at communicating with us throughout our stay!! The water taxi service to the main pier in Positano was excellent and saved our legs many steps!We highly recommend this property for pictures do not do it justice!! It was simply stunning!!

    The most beautiful place to stay on Positano! Absolutely breathtaking views, the house is amazing - 4 couple fit perfect. The best thing about it is that Conny took such good care of us. Always there to help arrange transportation or recommend restaurants- she really makes this place amazing.

    We stayed for a week with friends and family and everyone loved it. Conny, our host was fantastic. Very attentive and responded almost immediately to all our requests.The view is the best in all of Italy.We highly recommend it to families and groups.Of course, Positano is a vertical city with lots of hills and stairs. So, it might be difficult for people with mobility issues.

    The villa was beautiful and the food at the lower restaurant was fantastic. Conny was very helpful and kind and helped us whenever we needed anything.

    Amazing location with the most breathtaking view of Positano. Great host. This was the highlight of our trip. Def recommend!! Ur host met us, helped us find the villa, arranged our ride from the port and also to our next destination. Conny was a great resource for us and made sure we had everything we needed.

    Amazing views and perfect property

    I can't say enough how beautiful the views are here. The villa is spacious and well-appointed. The private pool is lovely. The bedrooms are very nice and the location is good. Be prepared for steps in Positano in general, but the Villa is incredible. Thanks so much to Conny for her attentiveness and answering all of our questions. It helped make our stay even better!

    Beautiful place!

    Family of 8 plus 18 month old stayed for 4 nights. The villa is beautiful. The pool was a nice bonus. Conny was very responsive for all of our needs that came up. Very spacious outdoor area with nice furniture and spectacular views! Tough to get around and taxis werent always available.

    We will be back!

    Loved our recent stay! The outdoor space and views are the highlight! Connie, the house manager, is also amazing and was so responsive to all of our needs and questions. The benefit of being on the property of Le Agavi was also valuable. We enjoyed the location of being outside of the center of town but close enough to take the hotel water taxi back and forth each day (for a cost each way). The villa is ideal for a large group that each needs their own bedroom space. We will for sure look forward to a future stay!

    Fabulous Vacation

    We had an amazing stay at Villa Maria Rosaria. Conny is an amazing host who checked several of my guests in separate from my arrival as they were already in the country. Her communication was excellent and she graciously coordinated transportation, reservations for our first dinner in Positano (Costantino ) and an awesome dinner at the villa. Having What’s Ap is very helpful. We had daily housekeeping service except on Sunday. The terraces are stunning and the funicular is a life saver. I highly recommend the coffee stand, at the main road, above the villa. Salvatore is delightful and is quite accommodating with coffee, snacks, beer and bottles of wine. It was a wonderful vacation!

    We loved our stay at this villa in Positano. The Villa was beautiful and roomy, perfect for our family. Conny was great and very helpful. The views were incredible. I highly recommend this Villa.

    The Perfect Positano Villa!

    Although a bit of a hike to get to town center, the spectacular views, 4 outdoor decks with views, and spacious rooms more than make up for the slight distance to town. We walked down the stairs to town for dinner once and use taxis the other times. Will definitely return someday. Highly recommend.
