“The Casa Sendero de Mar was perfect for our group of eight. The house was as described and communication with the owner was outstanding. I would definitely recommend staying here with a large group of friends or two families. The bedrooms are spread out nicely so you can achieve privacy when needed. While the beach down the path out the back is pretty, that is not where you will want to swim. The beach club nearby (car or golf cart needed) has a great pool, beach and food. “My husband and I booked this property to take our two young adult sons (21 and 22)on a family vacation. The gated community was perfect for our sons to venture out without us worrying about them driving to unfamiliar areas. It was very convenient to have shops, cafe, restaurant and bar in the gated community. I spent more time on the patio by the pool than in the house! “Very nice property well distributed and a few minutes walk from Playa Grande – an amazing nice beach although with no trees and therefore no shade. Therefore the pool which gives option with shade and sun has been appreciated relaxing from the beach. Most beautiful sunset at the beach. “My family had the opportunity to stay at Casa Timlin and what a great choice. The views are spectacular and just as pictured. The location is super convenient, 5 minutes to everything, tourist shops, grocery, bars, etc. the house is cutting edge and very safe. Tim is a great host and we definitely made a friend in Costa Rica. Don’t overlook this home, you will be missing out if you do!”

“Stayed with my 60 yr old parents, brother and his wife, my wife and our 5 yr old - plenty of space, even if you switched our 5 yr old with an adult couple. Every room was private with an en-suite. Casa was well cared for and can walk to property management if need be. Everything you need is on site and really thought out/works.
