“Great stay”

“Memorable experience. Very friendly and helpful warden. It really was a jail, so don't expect The Ritz. Shared shower stalls reminiscent of boarding school. Basic double bed, firm mattress. Excellent hot shower. Nice shared kitchen. Couldn't connect to the internet but neither could Ned Kelly. It'll give you a glimmering of what society's misfits and villains experienced.”

“A great surprise! At first, it's a bit surprising the arrival at the hotel: you find a pub and a gambling room, and you must check in at the gambling room. But when you enter the rooms zone, wow! What a big room, with a comfortable king bed and plenty of space! You have a common kitchen with bacon, eggs, milk, cereals and so where you have to cook your own breakfast, but if you don't mind that (and I didn't), it's a very good option.”

There was some sort of leak in the bathroom, with water pooling on the floor. Not sure where it was coming from (I don’t think it was the shower). Under the sink in the kitchen also leaked. “I stayed for three nights in room 46. It was extremely disappointing. The room looked shabby and badly needed an update. The weather was cold and wet but there were no spare blankets available in the cupboards. No washing up liquid was provided for guests to wash their dishes. No side plates available. The bathroom was very poorly maintained. Both the the bath and the washbasin were badly stained and cracked and looked dirty. The wash basin in particular needs replacing. The towels did not look...

“Property showing age , could do with a much needed upgrade / repair”

“Lo definiría como correcto y funcional. Nosotros estuvimos una noche de paso con lo cual está bien. Los baños son compartidos, es la única pega, pero por el precio que tiene creo que está bien. En centro está a dos calles así que bien situado. El restaurante está bien, buen trato, la comida bastante buena y a un buen precio.”
