“This home is perfectly located. So close to Rutland and all the shops and eateries. Communication was easy and very quick. The house was squeaky clean with plenty of space. TV has every channel you can think of. Laundry is included and the laundry soap smells great! My only minor complaints were that the bed was maybe a tiny bit too soft and the neighbors are a little closer than I expected. But neither of those things would deter me from staying here again! ”

Our check in was easy and Greg and Domenica went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with some flowers and chocolates to help us celebrate our anniversary getaway!The cottage is nicely decorated and comfortable with all the amenities. The close location to several local eateries was a bonus!We took advantage of the kayaks on the private dock and enjoyed some fishing and gorgeous sunsets. Truly a Vermont gem! ”

“Very relaxing and a very quiet part of the lake. Enjoyed swimming every day. Great time together with my growing family: My 2 sons, daughter in law and new grandbaby, along with their very well behaved dog. The owner and Dominic were very responsive to all my questions.”

“The property is accurately described. It sits directly across from the late July sunset!! So beautiful! A quick boat ride takes you to a couple of restaurant options! The property has plenty of beds and two updated bathrooms! We had a birthday party for a 9-year-old with 10 people. There was plenty of parking for 5 cars!! The lakefront is perfect for swimming, with an Aqua Lily Pad! The kayaks allowed us to view the lakefrontage up close and personal, and the paddleboards were fun!! ...

“Older cottage, but clean and freshened up with paint. Small, but had everything you needed, including fans in every room, books, games, kitchen ware. Beds were not that comfortable for the older folks, fine for the younger ones. Shared access to kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards was a huge plus! Beautiful spot on Lake St. Catherine, perfect for swimming and boating right from the yard. Two other cottages share the outdoors space and amenities (fire pit, grill, kayaks, swim docks, etc.). Very nice place everything you need you can find in this home from cookware to glassware, baking needs.. i was reading lot's of reviews about this property and was worried , poor wifi, low water pressure.. i had none of those problems with 7 people total in the home.. Only thing i could say is this mattresses can use an upgrade .. but I'd definitely come back again especially in The summer.. this place must be amazing!! In the winter 4 by 4 is a must have...
