“We had a wonderful time and the owners were always to helpful to answer any questions/concerns that popped up during our 8 day stay. We had a couple days we didn't leave the place and just relaxed and the house lent itself to that very easily with quiet spaces plus the really fun game room for the kids.”

It is clean (aside from a few dust bunnies that go with a log cabin) and has good amenities to make your stay great. The beds are comfortable, although they are short for tall people. Parents of the groom and bride shared this house where we hosted a rehearsal dinner, the most stunning wedding dinner on the deck and a Sunday brunch. “We loved this place and would definitely recommend it. It lives up to the description and photos! The view is stunning day and night and it's 5 minutes from downtown. The kitchen was easy to cook in with everything we needed. We only gently heard faint footsteps upstairs and enjoyed being in someone's beautifully cared-for space. Only regret was not being there late enough in the season to see the gorgeous plantings come alive.”

“This was a great location for our day trips to halcyon and ainsworth Hot springs. Also a nice hike along the Kaslo River and a tour of the Moyie Sternwheeler. The hosts are very accommodating, responsive, and kind. We cooked a lot of meals in the home, and there are lots of pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils, salt and pepper, and food basics like butter, olive oil, condiments. No microwave, so keep that in mind. We would love to come back to the area and stay more nights.”
