“Check in was a bit delayed as the code for the door I received did not work but the host was quick to fix it. Upon entering the space was clean and bright. The unit was very hot and there was only 1 plug in fan on site. We asked for another and the maintenance person dropped it off within the hour. The other amenities were great. The hot tub was a great plus! The BBQ needs to be looked at as it only operates on high. Of note there are no window coverings in the kitchen or living area. Which...

“Всё продумано до мелочей, очень чисто, далеко до соседних домиков, ощущение индивидуального отдыха среди природы. Очень близко к Голдену и парку Йохо.”

“This was perfect for our bachelorette weekend. The layout of the house was perfect to accommodate all of us girls while still giving us privacy. Great communication with the host- she was prompt to answer any questions, pleasure to book with. Highly recommend this property. ”

“This place was really great. Nice layout which created privacy for everyone. Ski out is super convenient. Snow pines is a bit of a walk to the village but we spent all our time in the cabin so it was great. And beautiful views from the hot tub!”

“Host’s’ instructions were organized getting our family settled comfortably in cabin, information was complete and easy. Cabin was well organized and well stocked making our stay comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property and would book again.”

“The cabin exceeded our expectations. Comfortable and in a scenic location. We were sad that we could only stay one night.”

“very good place， nice view”

“We LOVED our stay at the Valdi Homestead! It was such a calming, well thought-out cabin, surrounded by such beautiful nature. We had so much fun meeting the farm animals (especially the surprise bonus puppies!). Alex and Vanessa were so welcoming and kind, and truly made us feel so at home. Highly recommend for a relaxing and cozy getaway!”

“The place was great, lots of room for our group of 9. Our door code didn’t work when we arrived, found the Expedia representative to be quite condescending, we do know how to enter a door code! Once host was contacted issue was resolved promptly.”

“We loved our 3 night stay! Our family of 5 was hiking and mtn biking and the location was perfect. The cabin was great - clean and comfortable. We ate most meals in and the kitchen was great. We hope to come back!”

“Great communication re instructions for check in and check out. Cabin is in a lovely spot quite remote so very peaceful and quiet. Great location for exploring Emerald Lake, Field, the spiral tunnels, Takkakwah Falls and much more. Cabin was very clean and had all resources you’ll need. Wish we could have spent longer there.”

“This log chalet is an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sweeping, beautiful views of the nearby mountains and farm fields. The complete privacy of the property was exactly what we were looking for. The Oak Chalet was immaculately clean, incredibly well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We spent our evenings soaking in the hot tub under a sky full of stars—the stargazing here is unmatched. To top it all off, the master bed was...

“This lodge is recommended as it was very clean when we checked in. The place is also nice and comfortable to stay at! Very good even if you have a lot of people with you, has many rooms with bunk beds.”

“Nice place.”

“My wife and I met up with our three kids and their spouses for a family get together (July 2026). We had a great time and enjoyed the property! There were plenty of bathrooms and everything we needed from a hot tub, fireplace, a beautiful sunrise balcony, and all the appliances that one could need. They even had a can of bear spray which we took with us wherever we went – but never needed it! But the fact that it was there, and it was there for us to use speaks to the attention to detail for...

“It was perfect! We never did find the creek and little waterfall, but that didn't matter.”
