My issues started from the VRBO listing. They advertise all the price includes all fees included. False. When booked we got an email that there is a resort fee which was 63 per day per-person which increased the stay by almost 50%. There was also a 3% transaction fee on that as well. We tried to go swimming that evening but the gates were locked. I realized I didn't get a FAB to open the gate. I called the front desk and left a message at around 6:00 pm and asked for a call back. Nothing. We stopped by the front desk the next day and asked for a FAB and was told that because we didn't book through the property and that we booked through VRBO we didn't get a FAB. I told them that I was paying 63 a day for that access. I was told that we could go during the listed times of operation but not off hours. I said that we tried to go to the pool yesterday during your opening and there was no employee so it was locked. She said that someone called out sick. We basically had to break in when we wanted to swim as we never saw any attendant. I have come to expect this as this is not my first time here. The cabin was nice. Our parking space had a car in it the entire time we were there. The guest next to us partied every night until 1:00 am even though its a quite space. I had to call to report them on our last night. The drains in the kitchen sink smelled like something is fermenting in them. I would give more detail but I am out of characters. Not worth the price.
