“We arrived to a house with no heat. we reached out to the property manager who said they were working on, but no one showed up to make the repairs. The temp in the house was 52 degrees. Thankfully VRBO relocated us the 1st night to a hotel, but refused to relocate the second night. The property manager provided 3 space heaters to the house which would trip the circuit breaker about every hour, so we were constantly walking outside in the middle of the night to reset the breaker.
