The annex about 500 square meters, once used for processing of tobacco, was fully converted in 2012 in tourist accommodation over two floors, equipping each room of elegant finishes yet functional, cozy and warm, with a view to make it even more enjoyable stay for both couples and families. Each room enjoys total privacy and private services, a perfect combination of the rural style and offer a wide range of facilities needed for a stopover of relaxation and wellbeing. Have respected the rural style and uniqueness of the structure does not necessarily mean having renounced the comfort and hospitality. The six double rooms are bright, comfortable rooms with private bathroom with shower and toilet, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, air conditioning and heating, TV, minibar and safe. Each room enjoys a unique view of the vineyards of the Lugana wine estate.

The owners live in the same property in two completely separate and separate sections of the farmhouse.
