“This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. There is parking, but its very tight... so a large vehicle wont fit.The location was great in regards to access to all of...

“Such a fabulous property. Extremely nice and comfortable with every amenity that you could possibly need. The host had great communication with me, walking distance to so many things, including the Magnolia market, Dr Pepper museum, etc. plus lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent parking. We felt very safe. Loved the balcony. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.”

“We will be back, it was peaceful and the view on the patio is beautiful. We took a little walk by the water and the view was breathtaking . The bed was sooooo soft, I was out like a light🤣🤣. The host was fast to reply any questions that I had. I was able to cook a nice dinner while we were there and I must say the spice rack is an A. ”
