Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is not central, but it was perfect for our short trip to Madrid, with easy access to the airport. The room itself featured a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, however, one staff member at breakfast seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic. Despite this, the breakfast buffet itself offered a good variety.

Our room was charming and immaculately clean. The AC worked well and the soundproofing was exceptional. We could not hear the street noise at all. My only "complaint" is the lack of down or feather pillows. The hotel only has friber-filled and memory foam pillows (king sized). Maybe these are the most common in Europe, but for the price point the hotel should offer feather pillows upon request. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and was well-stocked with hot and cold options. Overall, we loved the hotel and would definitely stay again in the future. The location on Gran Via is perfect for dining and shopping. The street and sidewalks can get very crowded, but as I mentioned, the room is sufficiently sound-proofed so that street noise was no issue. The metro is conveniently right across the street.

A boutique hotel.
If you like bigger room, do not book the standard room as it is pretty small, only about 120 sf.
Rooms are clean but space is very tight. Two people in a room is a crowd.
Tiny sink and no place to put toiletries.
Shower water pressure was very good and maid service was punctual.free water only as you arrive , otherwise need to purchase.small tv , no English speaking channels! Safe was inoperative.good for a short stay or for single person not requiring lots of space. Bed was clean and comfy. AC didn’t work well but was repaired once I let front desk know. Very convenient central location, close to business district with lots of restaurants, cafés and local businesses.
