Fantastic property with a huge family suite. Good value for money and literally 2 minute walk from Charles Bridge and 5 minutes from the old square but remarkably quiet. Staff were great and an amazing building. Receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly. Surrounded by great shops, cafes and restaurants so lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A perfect place if you are looking for a character property to enjoy Prague

The room i stayed in was very small and feel cramped, in addition the room has many steps that are not properly identified and i almost break my head during the stay. The hotel location it is the best in the heart of old town, staff is friendly and attentive.

Love the location. The ladies on the counter are super friendly and can answer any questions u have. I recommend this place because of friendliness, location and breakfast. They also change money there and the rate is good. I will come back again and stay there. A+

We had an amazing time at this property! It was beautiful, historic, clean, and quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - Romana is an angel, and I would stay here again just for her. You couldn't ask for a more centralized location - nearly every single thing we wanted to see was within walking distance. I cannot recommend Hotel Black Star Suites enough! I'll definitely be staying here on my next trip to Prague.

This property is very good, spacious, clean and receptionist (Jitika, sorry if I am not pronouncing your name right) is very friendly, polite and helpful. She allowed us to put our luggage in their bf room after checkout which was great help. She also offered us to book our taxi to airport which we did ourselves bcoz we were not sure when we will be back. This property is at 5-10 min walk to all sight scenes which is a plus point. We enjoyed both( Day & Night) views during our stay. That was our very good stay at Black Star Suite and we will highly recommend Black Star in Prague.

Great service, easy to access (even out of hours), the property needs a little paint job but is generally in good repair. The style/quality is in keeping with the price (i.e. the price was low, so I didn’t have high expectations).

I stayed here for a day/night and had a wonderful experience. The room is just as described and pictured. It’s beautiful and fully functional. It has a sitting room and a modern bathroom. The room is very clean, the bed is super comfortable, and the blanket(s) were very warm. I visited during late fall/winter and I was very warm sleeping. The staff is just lovely. They are super friendly and welcoming. I felt safe and taken cared of. The reception is right next door at Hotel Clementin; it’s convenient. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Old Town square where you are minutes away from the Charles Bridge and Wenceslas Square. There are also restaurants all around, many of them open late. This is my second time visiting Prague and I’ve learned that most of the places I wanted to visit are around the Old Town, including the theater, walking on and along the Charles Bridge/river, and eating hummus at Golem Restaurant. Location wise, I think this is one of the best. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Prague, hopefully soon!

It was literally near everything! The staff was so nice and helpful and let us know where to go and which places were best to eat! Our favorite place to eat was right outside our door, the Irish Times is a must! Would love to stay there again in the future!

Perfect Stay
Amazingly helpful front desk staff. Lovely breakfast. Had both a large and small rooms, both excellent. Very close to St. Charles bridge but on a quiet street w. beautiful Italian restaurant right beside the entrance. Breakfast was great.

Great location & awesome room! We had the top floor suite (room 31) & it was spacious! More room than the 2 of us needed but it was great to have. Plenty of storage room. Property had it's own restaurant but area had tons of other restaurants, mini-markets, convenient stores, Starbucks, etc. Walking distance to all the squares & sights. Highly recommend this property.

Perfekte Lage, extrem freundlich
Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt, nur wenige Minuten von Karlsbrücke und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Die Rezeptionistin war extrem nett und freundlich und stand für Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Hotel ist hübsch und familiär. Wir können es jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

We really loved the old world charm with modern conveniences of this hotel. Sadly, we only stayed one night! I would definitely stay here, particularly in this suite again. Absolutely love Prague and will return if possible.

Great location, easy access to bars, restaurants and sights. on arrival my partner was having a cheeky smoke and the lady on reception came out, grabbed a couple of chairs and table from the restaurant next door and brought us a couple of glasses of prosecco!! lovely lady and super helpful. Only downside was lack of windows in the room, more natural light and fresh air would have been nice and the bathroom did not have a proper shower although the bathroom was huge so no real issue other than getting the floor wet. Would stay again and would highly recommend, room was more than big enough and was cleaned every day. Location wise couldnt have been more central

Localizacao e recepcao maravilhosos
Incrivel hospedagem. A Romana, da recepcao, foi maravilhosa e tornou a nossa estadia ainda melhor com a sua atencao. A localizacao do hotel é perfeita e o restaurante no terreo vale a pena.

En arrivant, notre réservation (payée en ligne) n'avait pas été prise en compte et notre chambre avait été donné à d'autre clients. L'hôtel nous a trouvé une chambre dans un hôtel a proximité et nous a offert le parking et le petit déjeuner. L'hôtel était d'un standing supérieur, nous n'avons pas eu de supplément à payer. Malgré l'arrivée chaotique, notre séjour s'est très bien passée et l'équipe à su gérer la situation.
