Casale Fralisa is a charming historic villa with bright interiors, refined details, and breathtaking sea views. The panoramic terrace and private garden with a sea-view hot tub perfectly enhance the beauty of this ancient farmhouse. Set over 3 floors, the villa features terracotta floors, stunning sea views from every level, and 3 large bedrooms. The property is not accessible by car and can only be reached on foot via a short pedestrian path and approximately 80 steps from street level.



ACCOMMODATION FEATURES

The villa is organized on 3 floors:



Ground Floor

• 2 double bedrooms (bed size 160x190): one bedroom can be accessed through the other or independently from the external courtyard

• Ensuite bathroom with shower



First Floor - accessible from the Ground Floor going up 8 steps

• Garden and main terrace, fully equipped with garden table, sunbeds, BBQ, outdoor shower and Hot Tub with sea view. (Please note: the Hot Tub needs about 24 hours to warm up).

• Large open plan living room with two wall sofas, a sofa bed (sofa bed size 160x190) and an old brick fireplace (wood available on request)

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher

• Bathroom with shower

• Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board



Upper Floor - accessible from the First Floor going up 12 steps

• Private panoramic terrace, equipped with garden table and deck chairs

• Double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with access to the private terrace overlooking the sea

• Ensuite bathroom with shower



LOCATION AND NEARBY ATTRACTIONS

Casale Fralisa is ideal for guests seeking privacy, tranquility, and unique panoramic views, while staying close to services and coastal attractions:



• Grocery store (Tutto per Tutti), just few minutes’ walk downhill

• Main beach - Marina di Praia - reachable via scenic walks or local transport

• Bars, restaurants and Local bus stops just a few minutes’ walk downhill

• Shuttle and bus connections to Positano, Amalfi, and other destinations along the Amalfi Coast - 200 MT walk downhill



Note: All services and points of interest are reached by going up or down steps, in line with the typical urban layout of Praiano and the Amalfi Coast. This feature is part of the authentic local experience but makes the property more suitable for guests comfortable with walking and stairs.



ACCESS AND PARKING

Casale Fralisa is located in a pedestrian-only area, typical of Praiano, and cannot be reached directly by car. Access is exclusively on foot via a scenic path with steps. For this reason, the property is not recommended for guests who do not enjoy walking, climbing stairs, or who have mobility issues.



Upon request, a paid porter service can be arranged for luggage assistance at check-in and check-out.



• Private paid parking available on request at approximately 150 meters from the property (advance booking strongly recommended, especially in high season).

• Public paid parking available at approximately 200 meters from the property. Parking is not reservable and may be crowded in high season due to the limited number of spaces.



GETTING AROUND

Thanks to its strategic location, Casale Fralisa allows guests to explore the Amalfi Coast easily even without a car.



• Boat excursions from Praiano (Marina di Praia – approx. 1 km): The most scenic and relaxing way to travel along the coast. Ideal for visiting Capri, Positano, Amalfi, and sea-access-only coves while avoiding traffic and parking issues.

• Public buses (SITA and local buses – stop approx. 200 m away): Regular connections to Positano and Amalfi. A practical and economical option, though often crowded and slower during high season.

• Private driver: Offers comfort and flexibility, with higher costs compared to public transport and limited availability during peak periods. Advance booking (at least one day ahead) is recommended.

• On foot: The most authentic way to experience Praiano. All services are reachable by walking, always involving steps and elevation changes typical of the area. Recommended for guests accustomed to walking.

• Scooter rental: Provides greater independence in terms of schedules and routes, but is recommended only for experienced riders comfortable with narrow and busy coastal roads.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• We offer self check-in for maximum flexibility. If you prefer to be welcomed in person, this can be arranged upon request and subject to availability, within 8:00 PM.

• To reach the house, you will need to climb approximately 80 steps, part of a characteristic pedestrian path.

• The house is located in a pedestrian-only area and cannot be reached by car.

• The property is not recommended for guests with mobility issues or for those who do not enjoy walking and climbing stairs.

• Parking is not available on site: private paid parking can be arranged on request at around 150 meters, while public paid parking is available at approximately 200 meters from the start of the pedestrian path but is not reservable and may be crowded in high season.

• Upon request, a paid porter service can be arranged to assist with luggage at check-in and check-out.

• The Hot Tub needs about 24 hours to warm up. Please let us know in advance if you wish to find it warm at arrival.

• Please note that the property is located in a natural Mediterranean setting. As part of the local environment, you may occasionally encounter small insects or wildlife, such as ants, spiders, small insects, or lizards, both in the outdoor areas and, occasionally, inside the house. This is a normal characteristic of properties surrounded by nature and does not indicate a lack of cleanliness or maintenance.
