“Lovely place, clean, quiet and pretty. But we did not receive timely communication aobut that extra fee at the end of our stay. Since we were there for less than 24 hours, and had to head to the aiport at 3 am, we did not see her whatsapp message telling us that extra money was needed. Why isn't this disclosed in the payment details BEFORE our arrival?? I already contacted VRBO about the ineffectiveness of this system and all they said is we will alert the owner..... “The boat was a terrible communicator. We actually lost so much confidence we booked another property. When attempting to add a second night, after the host request; we foolishly agreed to go off the VRBO platform. After wiring money, they ghosted us for three weeks. We finally got a message on the extra night while on an overnight flight to Italy. Too late, I could not take a chance of arriving with my family and no accommodations.
