Préfailles has managed to preserve its natural assets and architectural charm. You will discover, around the narrow streets or along the rocky coast, numerous 1900s villas with incomparable architectural styles, those known here as "The Ladies of the Coast" as they are so much part of the history of this small seaside town. You will be seduced by the golden-russet sand of the Préfailles coves.



Only 130 m from the town, Shops, Bars and Restaurants and 300 m from the seafront, ideally located to discover on foot or by bike the multiple facets of the south of the Loire.

Like one of the most atypical "Ladies of Préfailles", Villa Ker Annik is 180m² on a small plot sheltered from view and can accommodate up to 11 people.



It comprises an office, a dining room with fireplace, an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home, fridge-freezers, cooker, microwave, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, thermomix and much more. The large lounge-fireplace gives access to a shaded terrace and the garden. For maximum comfort, all garden furniture and a summer kitchen with gas plancha are at your disposal. An outdoor shower and independent toilet are there to facilitate returns from fishing and the beach, a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and complete childcare equipment completes the house.

On the sleeping side, on the ground floor you will find, 1 double bedroom with shower room, 1 double bedroom leading to a games room bedroom. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, two of which have individual en-suite facilities, a single bedroom and a bathroom.



You will be able to park up to 2 cars on the secure grounds of the house. For additional spaces, the car parks in the centre are just a stone's throw away.
