“The villla was spacious and well maintained. I loved the Christmas tree that they set up in the middle of the living room. Made the place warm and special. The staff welcomed us with a sash and a dance and it was nice of them to do so. Our personal assigned Neba (butler) Jasmine Zhang, was super attentive. at check in, we were informed that we could be upgraded to a room with in room onsen, and the staff also arranged for us to stay with our friends in the same courtyard although we had separate bookings.
