It was so unnecessarily complicated, that I had to go to the front desk for help, the woman was sweet & helpful, but I still couldn't get the darned thing to get any of the sports channels listed. So, other than that, everyone & everything was all one could expect, & then some! :-)”

We were NOT happy with the "new" BW when they moved across the road (cruddy room, under re-construction, was a mess). We chanced coming back to this building and were happy to see it still looking good! The morning staffers at the desk were not so friendly, almost annoyed.
