The location is across from the library and a wonderful coffee shop. Neighbors were all so friendly. The apartment is lovely and perfect for a couple or a single for business or pleasure. The decor is beautiful providing a restful atmosphere. The bed is comfortable, and I loved having a washing machine in the spacious kitchen. The wifi works great and the tub/shower in the elegant tiled bathroom was appreciated. The primary drawback to this rental is the company managing it. They don't seem to know what they are doing. Thus much chaos ensued at check in. They need to provide a hard copy at the apartment for instructions re: everything from the wifi access to where to dry clothes (there is a clothesline available but no one told us that. We figured it out on our own.) But that's the thing - this management company expects guests to figure everything out on their own. This led to much texting back and forth and creating stress when a simple handbook of instructions would have alleviated all of that. We met the owner of the apartment and fortunately she was nearby and could show us which lock box to access for the key to the apartment. Not even that was made clear. The managment team is mismanaging the property. We travel a lot and this is the first VRBO rental we've stayed at that did not have a welcome book with instructions on hand. Also, bottles of water upon arrival & a list of nearby eateries would be helpful.
