The apartment has a large living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and a dining area. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with an open wardrobe and a bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stovetop and microwave. The real strength of the house is the beautiful panoramic view of the mountains.
The apartment is located in a small quiet building, on a small street in Primaluna. Guests can park their cars in the property's courtyard. Nearby there is an excellent restaurant-pizzeria and a bar. Primaluna is a characteristic town in Valsassina, rich in history and surrounded by mountains with numerous trails, climbing routes and shelters where you can enjoy local cuisine.
Lake Como (Lecco and Bellano) can be reached in about 30 minutes by car, while the Piani di Bobbio ski lifts are only 10 minutes away. The house can also be reached by public transport, although with limited hours.

City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season

Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
