  • Dear guest, we are the Kravos family and we would love to welcome you at our newey built home. Our family friendly apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood with sea views. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with turtles. We are happy to answer your questions and advise you on which of our apartments suits you the best. We speak English, Croatian and German. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben im September 2019 eine Woche in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr liebe und herzliche Menschen und wir fühlten uns direkt willkommen. Wir wurden sogar mit Obst aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt. Die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Terrasse, von der man einen schönen Meerblick hat. Primošten bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die schöne Altstadt mit Lokalen ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt einige schöne Strände. Uns hat besonders der Strand unterhalb der alten Hotelruine gefallen mit schönem Blick auf die Altstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wir haben 10 Tage in Primosten verbracht. Die Gastgeber, Marijana und ihr Mann, sind sehr hilfsbereit und angenehm. Das saubere, gut eingerichtete Appartment liegt ruhig überhalb der Magistrale, der Blick (auf Hügel und Meer) von der Terrasse ist wunderschön und erholsam. Primosten bietet viele Strände mit klasklarem Wasser, die fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen sind. Die hübsche Altstadt (das alte Fischerdorf) ist auch sehr nah. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Andrea aus Hamburg

Sehr moderne, schöne Wohnung

Uns hat unser Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern im "Ikea-Stil" eingerichtet und hat einen großen Balkon mit Meerblick. Das Bett war sehr bequem und es war alles was man braucht fußläufig erreichbar. Primosten ist eine nette kleine Stadt in der viel los ist! Etwas irritierend fand ich, dass die Vermieter vor Ort sich nicht wirklich mit den "Mietmodalitäten online" auskannten. Es wurde gefragt ob wir schon bezahlt hätten und die Kurtaxe gefordert, obwohl über Fewo eigentlich alles fest gebucht und bezahlt war. Dies lies sich sofort unkompliziert klären, deswegen bitte nicht falsch verstehen! Die beiden Vermieter sind herzallerliebst und sehr zuvorkommend, es scheint nur, dass sie die Zeiten der online Buchung noch nicht ganz erreicht haben und gar nicht wirklich wissen, wie und wo ihre Wohnung online zur Vermietung steht. Es hat uns dennoch sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen!

Great location!

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, with spacious terrace for relaxing and dining, with hammock, deck chairs and dining table and views to the sea. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom nicely fitted and we stayed cool at night with the air-conditioning. We were a family of four and stayed on the first floor apartment with double room and room with two single beds for our grown-up children, we had plenty of space (second WC useful), though the kitchen area is small and a bit cramped to prepare a meal for four, but we only did this twice in the week we were there, as there was a great choice of restaurants in the town. We had some great seafood and Croatian specialities (pasticada, buzara etc). The apartment is in a quiet residential area, a short distance from the old town, and easy to walk to the beaches and town, also a local supermarket a couple of minutes' walk away. It was lovely to sit out on the terrace in the early mornings and evenings, watching the swallows and martins swooping around. The hosts' son, Stefan, was there when we stayed, who spoke very good English and he was very kind and helpful. He also arranged a wonderful fishing trip for us, a day at sea catching fish, prawns, octopus, squid etc, which we could help sort and which was then cooked for us on board, fantastic!! You could eat the prawns shell and all, so fresh! There was time for swimming and sunbathing on deck, and drink provided, a great day! The tour was run by old friends of the family. Primosten is a picturesque town, busy with Croatian families, but not over-crowded, and well located, as it is within easy reach of Trogir (lovely but heaving), Sibenik (very nice), Krka National Park (also v.busy but still beautiful, go early), and we also drove to Zadar (which we really liked, vibrant. Great restaurant called Pet Bunara). The local beaches have small pebbles and most people, including us with feeble feet, wore swimming shoes. The sea is wonderful for swimming, turquoise blue and clear. We really enjoyed our week there.

Ein wunderbares, traumhaftes Gesamtpaket

Flitterwochen pur :). Mein Mann und ich waren diesen Sommer für zwei Wochen in Kroatien und haben uns für dieses schöne Apartment in Primosten entschieden. Schon der erste Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Und das hat sich bis zum Schluss durchgezogen. Wir haben schon vor der Reise tolle Tipps bekommen und wurden vor Ort sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Auch während des Aufenthalts konnten wir uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen an die Vermieter wenden. Das Apartment ist sehr schön, modern und neu eingerichtet. Der große Balkon ist ein absoluter Traum. Mit Blick auf die Altstadt und das herrlich blaue Meer. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, ... Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt und auch am Meer. In und um Primosten hat man eine Vielzahl an Dingen, die man unternehmen kann. Wandern, Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, Nationalparks, Sightseeing – und einfach nur entspannen . Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt und der Abschied ist uns wirklich schwergefallen. Umso mehr freuen wir uns auf ein nächstes Mal. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem sehr empfehlen.

Hochgelegen und wunderschön!

Urlaub pur!!!! Sehr moderne, schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage! Es war alles vor Ort was man brauchte! Sogar Bettwäsche, Handtücher und auch Geschirrhandtücher! Super Service der nicht selbstverständlich ist! Wir wurden sehr sehr herzlich empfangen! Wir fahren bald das dritte mal an diesen wunderschönen Ort! Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und konnten prima unseren Urlaub genießen! Wer eine saubere, schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung in dem traumhaften Primosten sucht, kann ich nur empfehlen hier her zu fahren! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

The only modern apartment in Primosten

This accommodation is just perfect! We`ve been there recently and stayed for 10 days. The apartments are all completely new, modern, clean and family Kravos was very nice and a great host. It was actually the only tasteful apartment we could find in Primosten. What we really liked was the neigborhood. It was very quiet and when we felt the urge for entertainment, bars and restaurants, we walked 5 minutes to the centre. The beach is also 5 minutes away. The greatest apartment is definitely the penthouse on the top with an awesome view (the owner showed it to us), but it was only me and my husband, so we choose a smaler apartment. Next time we will definitely come with some friends. The family has a friend with a fishing boat, who does fishing excursions. It's a great experience to see how fishing is done and afterwards he's barbecuing the fresh fish. Best thing we've ever eaten. Great holidays, we will definitely come again!

Excellent! Modern Style, Well Located and Spacious

It is the second time we have stayed here and we will definitely be coming back soon. In Croatia accommodation is quite disappointing compared to other countries but this place is an exception - probably because the owners are German and have brought high German quality standards with them! The rooms are really excellent and easily the best we have found. We have stayed in two of the balcony apartments (One has one bedroom. The other two bedrooms). Both are excellent: bright, clean, modern, well equipped and spacious. The owners are just about to release a new 2 bedroom Luxury Penthouse apartment on the top floor and they were kind enough to give us a tour... the view from the Penthouse's roof terrace is spectacular and the fittings look 5 star. Next time we'll stay in this one :o)
