This was our honeymoon. We are from Kingston and are both over 50. This home away from home couldn’t have been more perfect. It was clean, cozy and had everything you could possibly need. The view of the water was gorgeous and the sunsets were amazing. The trailer was parked on the owners property but you would never know they were there. They have wild chickens running around and a miniature pony and sheep at the back of the property. If you’re looking to relax in a peaceful beautiful place this is where you should come. There is a koi pond by the trailer. At the back of the trailer there is a paved patio with a fire pit and bbq.Upon arrival we had trouble with the volume on the tv and Joe was over within minutes to show us how to use the sound system. They did have a canoe, kayak and paddle boat but we did not use these.

Beautiful quiet setting. The space has plenty of room for two with full sized appliances. Joe was a great host and was anxious to help us with anything. Recommend this place and we will stay again.

Nice little home away from home. Enjoyed the tv set up and use of streaming services. sadly microwave was out of service when we got there,, which I dinged in services. But otherwise it was a nice stay.

All inclusive... and more!

We had all we needed... and more! Joe is a very kind guy. The trailer is spacious. We had great time there. The sunsets are incredibles. We used the pedalo, the electrical bike. We enjoyed the turkey, the chickens, the horse, the sheep, even the parrot! We felt very welcoming, we felt like we were home. We easily visited the touristic attractions. Everything is 20 minutes drive. We highly recommend this place. We sure be coming back!

Coin très paisible. Malgré la présence du propriétaire juste à côté ( la roulotte est sur son terrain), nous l'avons à peine vu/entendu. Idéal pour un couple, ok pour enfants supplémentaires s'ils ne sont pas trop grands. Tout le monde a apprécié la proximité du plan d'eau. La roulotte est quand même bien équipée et la climatisation a été très appréciée ! Propriétaire disponible et aucun problème de A à Z avec lui.

Unfortunately this was not what was advertised. The trailer is in the driveway with a dried up farmer’s field as the back drop. The water front is across the road. The location is very isolated. Not what was expected from the pictures. The kayak did not look safe and the chairs on the deck looked ready to crumble. We arrived, walked around and left. Not a place worth staying based on the way it was advertised. Very disappointed especially since it was a 3.5 hour drive to get there only to leave right away and go back home.

The trailer is lovely and the amenities are excellent. Towels linens coffee fresh eggs. Lawn chairs picnic table BBQ TV Internet excellentLocation is right on the water . About 15 km to Picton and Wineries.

Will definitely come back. As advertised but wait there is more! There is a mini horse, sheep, chickens, and a fancy chicken. (Forgot the kind) The drive up is gorgeous with views throughout. Property is nice and quiet and on the water. Host is great and helpful. Property also has a private patio and bbq and a koi pond. If walking plenty to see around this area. Pet friendly is always a plus
