Our evening arrival the air in the unit was musty and stale. Mgmt was notified. We started the ac unit in the bedroom to help the situation. Next morning I was wheezing. I noticed the wood blinds in the bedroom had mold - notified mgmt, they came to clean it. Later that day, I noticed more mold on closet folding doors, as well as all doors and door jams in and out were covered in mold. After calling mgmt. again they came to clean the entire unit. Every windowsill had severe water damage. This unit has an unbelievable view- such a shame that it is poorly maintained. I cleaned the mold off the exterior of the ac, but by the mgmt’s response, the inside filter had never been cleaned or changed. We never used the ac unit again.
