Nice stay

Nice location and house with beautiful outdoor seating area... loved spending mornings out there with morning coffee. The beach is walkable from the stay as well, absolutely beautiful hidden shore with warm water and slow waves. Overall had a great time here!

Great condo around great location

Great condo, great location with pool. The check in process was difficult as the padlock code didn’t work, so we had to call Vacasa to get inside. Will book again if we decide to go to Kauai.

Nice Spot

Our stay was amazing. Adequate space for 7, not really 8 but we had 7 so worked out. Great location, pool and amenities were great. Dishwasher was broken and really need to offer 2 parking spaces if having 8 guests. Overall highly recommend!

Great little house

We had an amazing time. The house is conveniently located, clean and light. Kids loved the pool and ping pong table in the common area. Other residence of the complex were super friendly. The house could use a few more plates and utensils though.

Great place

Great little place in princeville. Fit perfectly for our family. A bummer the dishwasher was broken but they were quick to bring someone out. Loved the couch, most vrbo places have terrible couches. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and great beach gear.

Lots of sleeping space, had beach chairs, towels and cooler for beach time. Kitchen had many appliances and pots and pans. Close to pool and walking distance to princeville village!

The house was clean and the location is perfect for Princeville. The pool is across the street and incredibly clean. It’s a nice walk to the food mart, shops and park. The grill worked like a charm. No issues with anything.

Superb location for exploring Kauai’s North Coast

Comfortable condo, with a convenient Princeville location, close to shops & services, and ideal for exploring Kauai’s North Shore. Could have done with more thorough clean before we checked in. Advertised as for up to 8 people, but only if small children are sharing the pull-out sofa bed – otherwise comfortably fits 7. Gorgeous beaches within easy reach. Hanalei Bay a pleasant 10 min drive away.

The overall stay wasn't bad. The pull out couch was sandy when we pulled it out to sleep. Also one of the room had ants all over the bed when we came back. The house was breezy which was nice with no AC.

Great space for 2 families!

This space was fantastic for our 2 families travelling together (4 adults and 4 kids) and staying here for 2 weeks. The kitchen was well stocked in things to make meals for all of us, we all had a comfy bed to sleep in, the deck was spacious and had a great covered spot to still enjoy it during the occasional showers, our kids loved the loft space and the Nugget kids couch they could build with. The pool was much larger than the pictures portrayed and was never busy, having the ping-pong table there was also enjoyable for all. We will definitely be recommending this spot to friends and hope to return to our Vacay house again in the future.

When can we go back???

We loved this property. It's clean and beautiful. Lots of thoughtful little details. Yoga mats, sarongs, lots of bath and beach towels, fans in every room, boogie boards, chocolates and a card to greet us... It was truly special. The pool was great and there's a ping pong table in the common area next to the pool. We felt spoiled staying there. It made our trip even more special. Thank you!

The property is pretty much as advertised. Its a bit hard to find in the condo complex. Parking is thin. The TV stopped working on the last day. The grill was a mess when we got there and the ceiling fan in the one upstairs bedroom had a few loose blades, that was fixed right away. But overall property was good. The unit had nice beds, appliances. The location was great. It had everything you would need for a trip to paradise. Would definitely recommend

Very clean and well equipped

I loved how this house was spacious, clean and filled with everything we needed. The kitchen was very well-equipped, we had loads of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pucks etc. Our only negative was that some of the noise (mostly walking) from the neighboring home carried over into the master bedroom of this rental. But overall this was a great rental.

Beautiful Princevill

Loved the location of the property. It was very clean. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because of the condition of the doors and screens. The washer was not working and the beach equipment mostly broken. We did appreciate the use of the floaters and the 2 chairs that were in good condition. The check in and check out were easy. Best check out ever! Start the dishwasher and strip the beds❣️

Great place to stay

Enjoyed everything about this condo though lost one star for fans that you couldn't put on high. With no air conditioning the fans are extremely important and they just had one low speed.

Not as advertised and

There was no jacuzzi as advertised and the house was extremely dusty. The fans, window screen etc did not seem like they had ever been cleaned. The floor, counter, bathrooms and bedrooms were generally clean but the dust was too much.

Excellent all the way around

Just want to say, off the bat, the customer service is excellent. Super prompt, understanding, and helpful. The little issues we had were quickly resolved and to our satisfaction. The only thing I would suggest in this particular unit, is better fans. This condo does not have AC. And we had a few nights where the upstairs bedrooms were very warm. But other than that. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. :)

Beautiful Place Would Definitely Come Back

This place was extremely beautiful. The unit was well kept. We loved that when we arrived a few lights were on and island music was playing it really enhanced the experience. Two down things were minor one was that the parking was extremely limited and we were unable to find a spot on several nights when we came home a little later. The second was that we saw two cockroaches in the unit. But it seemed that those may have just come from the outside. Other things that should be improved would be new beach chairs as two were broken and to invest in new boogie boards as all four were broken in half prior to us coming. All in all we had a wonderful experience everyone was happy and had a great time and we look forward to coming back..
