Lakefront on Ochoco Reservoir - Private Boat Launch, Kayaks, Sleeps 16

Ochoco Waterfront Retreat sits directly on the shore of Ochoco Reservoir, 15 minutes east of Prineville, with its own private boat launch and lake access. Fully remodeled in 2025. No neighbors on the water and no streetlights - on a clear night the sky is the show.

ON THE WATER. Launch your own boat from the property, or take out the kayaks we keep for guests. Swim, paddle, fish, or sit on the shore and watch the light change over the Ochocos.

ON THE LAND. A dedicated pickleball court and a putting green, plus room to spread out.

THE HOUSE. Four bedrooms sleep 16: two king suites, and two bunk rooms each with queen beds (six queens in total). Three and a half bathrooms with showers, tubs, and bidets. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, air conditioning and heat, fast Wi-Fi, hair dryers. Everything two families need for a week.

GETTING HERE. 40 minutes from Redmond airport, about 45 from Bend, 15 from groceries and restaurants in Prineville. Gated entry with a keypad code sent before arrival - check in whenever your day gets you here.
