Cocoonr is offering a detached house for rent, which forms part of the complex of buildings at the Château de la Baume farm. It is situated in Prinsuéjols (Lozère), 5 km from the A75 motorway linking Clermont-Ferrand to Montpellier, on the edge of the Aubrac Regional Nature Park.

This traditional granite house with a slate roof, covering an area of 130 m², can accommodate up to 7 guests.

It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can enjoy a garden of around 200 m².

The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with a sofa and dining area
- A fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A utility room with a washing machine
- A shower room with a washbasin and shower
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed (160×190)
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed (160×190) and a single bed (80×90)
- A bathroom with two washbasins and a bath
- A separate toilet

Children are welcome and the owners provide a cot and a high chair.

Outdoors:
- Two plots on either side of the access path allow you to enjoy either shade or sunshine; garden furniture is provided
- A 1,000 m² courtyard is shared with the owners and can be used for parking (2 cars)

The house is set in an exceptional, unspoilt environment. It is an outbuilding of the Château de la Baume (listed building), which is open to the public.
It is the starting point for numerous walks, exploring the Aubrac plateau, 7 km from the Gévaudan Wolf Park, 15 km from Marvejols – a royal town and a ‘petite cité de caractère’ – and an hour’s drive from the Gorges du Tarn, Rodez and its Soulages Museum, etc.
There is no swimming pool, but there is a dam lake 5 km away.

Transport:
Cars can be parked in the courtyard or near the outbuildings. You’ll need a car to stay at La Baume if you want to explore the region.

Access:
- Nearest railway stations: Aumont-Aubrac or Marvejols on the Clermont-Ferrand/Béziers line (served by the SNCF and LIO regional coaches)
- Airports: Clermont-Ferrand, Montpellier, Rodez
Facilities: Equidistant from Prat de Madame (15 km), Aumont-Aubrac, Nasbinals and Marvejols all offer all essential amenities.

- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay; only one pet (cat or dog) is permitted. Please specify this when booking
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
