Vila Milancic - holiday house in Croatia

Our property is more than 70 years old. Four genererations of our family was either living here or was using it for holidays. There are still half a meter tick stone wals from 1930's. We did several upgrades to the house through time. The last one was done 6 years ago when we refurnished the whole house and built a pool. We have almost 2000 m2 surface with parking for several (5-6) cars.
The house has 5 bedrooms, all facing south. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 aditional toilet rooms. One to use when inside the house and the other one to use when one is at the yard or on the pool. In one bathroom there is a hydromassage tub and in another one there is a shower.
There is a fully equipped kitchen on the house with a dining table and a living room suitable for 10 or even more people. The furniture is made out of croatian oak from Slavonia, the same three that is often used for production of barrels for barrique french vines or for high class cognac. There is also a fitness and play room in the house. There are a stationary bike and orbitrek. Kids will enjoy for sure a mini billard, mini table tenis, hockey and soccer. There is an air conditioner in the dining/living room. The house is equiped with free WiFi. The house has a nice wide porch with a outdoor table and chairs set. There is another 70 m2 terrase with fence on the property, suitable for a carefree play either for kids or pets. The yard has two level grass terraces with open space exposed to the sun at the pool level as well as areas with shades from surrounding trees on a higher level next to the house. There is a 34 m2 pool on the property. We have wooden deckchairs to lay and enjoy the sunbathing. There is another (the wooden one) table and chairs set. One more shower is located next to the pool. Next to the pool there is another kitchen with a fireplace.
Our property is situated in Dalmatian inland near the town of Imotski (6 km). It is one hour driving from Split and half an hour away from Adriatic sea pebble beaches.
In just one hour driving from the property you can reach several sites protected by UNESCO wich date from Roman times, Middle Ages till Ottoman Empire. On the road to town of Imotski there are two pearls of nature: Red Lake and Blue Lake, a must see sights. In the very near village you can find family owned animal park and a restourant with domestic food sepcialties. In our village there are some 20 houses with very friendly and hospitable inhabitants. Our property is at the edge of the village to the south where next houses are some 2-3 km away. There are also some domestic animals in neighbouring houses like chicken, goats and of course dogs and cats.
