  • Welcome to this stylish and large vacation home with private outdoor pool.



    This spacious and tastefully decorated vacation home is located in the beautiful nature of the Dalmatian hinterland, yet only 25 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of the Makarska Riviera. The house offers plenty of space for a vacation with several families with its 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and nice living areas. The accommodation also has a well-equipped gym and an additional entertainment room with billiards, darts and table soccer.



    The huge garden offers many opportunities for relaxation and entertainment for all generations. You can expect here, in addition to the pool , sports and children's facilities, a separate tavern with barbecue and a large terrace where you can enjoy the vacation. Due to the specific microclimate, the ambient night temperatures are much more pleasant than at the sea.



    In the immediate vicinity is the town of Imotski with natural phenomena such as the red and blue lake. The location of the property allows you to reach the historic city of Split in less than an hour and Dubrovnik in less than two hours.

Urlaub in Imotski

Der Aufenthalt war phänomenal! Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit und erreichbar! Die Villa bietet vielerlei Möglichkeiten zu entspannen, sei es am Pool liegen, grillen, fußballspielen oder fernsehen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Größeren Gruppen würde ich diese Villa sofort empfehlen! Liebe Grüße an Vanda und Stipan!

Mit Abstand einer der besten Ferienhäuser in denen wir je waren. Wir waren 17 Leute. Für alle war reichlich Platz, der Pool ist deutlich größer als es auf den Bildern rüber kommt. Die Gastgeber waren absolut super, keine Beschwerden, super entspannt. Wir konnten über die Gastgeber einheimisches Essen probieren und es war wirklich fantastisch. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es gab keinerlei Mängel.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Hervorzuheben ist auch der Pool, der fast schon ein kleineres Schwimmbad ist.Wir empfehlen das Haus definitiv weiter!

Huset levde upp till våra förväntningar och såg ut som på bilderna. Bra med utrymme, stor pool och plats för alla att sitta tillsammans och äta. Trevlig hyresvärd som kunde ge oss bra tips och även hjälpte till att ordna en födelsedagsmiddag med tårta. Nära till affärer, dock lite längre att ta sig till stranden. Det enda negativa i huset var att det inte fanns draperier eller väggar runt hela duschen, så det rann ut vatten i badrummena. Annars väl värt ett besök! 🙂

Wir waren mit 19 Personen für 10 Tage in der Villa Perinusa. Die Villa war im allgemeinen ein echter Traum. Sehr geräumig und teilweise modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war auch immer erreichbar und hat sie nach uns erkundigt. Zwischendrin haben wir auch eine neue Ladung Handtücher bekommen. Der Pool war groß genug um auch mal paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Das einzige was gefehlt hat war die Ausstattung in der Küche. Es gab zwar Genug normale Teller und Besteck, aber es gab zum Beispiel keine kleinen Schüsseln für z.b. Müsli. Geschirrtücher gab es auch nicht genug für 10 Tage und Spühlmaschinen Tabs, Schwämme, Lappen, Spülmittel hat komplett gefehlt. Kein Weltuntergang da es dort viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, jedoch kann man für den Preis sowas schon bereitstellen. Von der Lage her war die Villa abgelegen, man hatte seine Ruhe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Konzum, Tommy und einige Bäckerein waren 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt in Imotski. Wie auch sehr gute Restaurants und einige Bars. Die nächstgrößere Stadt war Makarska und ist ca 45 min Autofahrt entfernt. Split ca. 1 Stunde. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Vanda and her husband were wonderful hosts.

Vanda and her husband were wonderful hosts. Check-in and Check-Out were very flexible and easy and we even got a small welcome gift! Communication via WhatsApp was straightforward, and Vanda always replied within the next hour. We got good recommendations for grocery shopping and local butchers and fish shops for our BBQ. The villa is incredible for a large group (16-18 people). Comfortable place to stay for 5-6 couples plus friends or families with children. Inside the large house are 5 bedrooms with air conditioning and individual bathrooms and 2x2 walk-through-connecting rooms with two queen-sized beds, each sharing an AC and one bathroom. The 10th bed is in the pool house (comfortable, but no AC) but 2 Fans are available instead. The kitchen is well equipped with large pots, pans, and various cutlery (only more cutting boards would be a nice add :) ). For coffee lovers, it is advised to bring an additional coffee machine as only a small one making one coffee at a time is available :) . There's not much to say about the pool area except that it’s just awesome. The pool house spends shade for 5-6 sunbeds almost the entire day. And the Pool itself is even big enough to swim a few lengths.We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!!Hope to see you again. Best, the group of friends from Germany and Austria
