Misleading property description and pictures
The listing states number of beds 4. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds but is doesn’t state that one of the twin beds is a trundle bed which maybe hard to access for for some adults renting the house. Also the parking. The pictures of the parking do not match up. The parking is cramped if you have a boat, specially if you have 2 boats. Boat launch- the boat launch on the property is not accessible unless you have a very very small boat. The property management is great to deal with they answer any questions immediately and want you to enjoy your stay!!

Fun weekend on the lake.
This little house was the perfect place for a fall getaway on Lake Murray. We enjoyed beautiful weather, lake views, and a visit from a deer. I highly recommend visiting here, we will be back!

we liked it
my wife and her sister liked it, i liked the location, but i thought there were things that could be fixed before our stay there. the one screen door was sticking all the time, and was sometimes hard to open. the other screen door the screen was coming off the door so we had to buy tape to try to keep it up so we would not get bugs on the deck. and there was a leak in the roof, so we had to move around the 2 person chair and the tv on the deck so they would not get wet.and the remote on the deck for that tv would only turn on the tv, it would not do anything else. i know this is small stuff but it made a difference in my eyes. thank you for having us.

We pride ourselves for communication during each stay. If there’s anything a guest needs, we’ll do our best to provide it. After checkout is a bit too late, though :-). Wish we knew something was not working properly for you during your stay, not after. We could’ve fix it.

Tight spot
I asked the manager could I wash my clothes and never did give me the code to the shed so I can wash my clothes I didn't have enough clean face rags. Didn't have enough pots and pans to cook with and I did see few bugs.

Code was to the guest with instructions. We carry around 4 different sized frying pans and 2 pots. We pride ourselves for communication during each stay. If there’s anything a guest needs, we’ll do our best to provide it. After checkout is a bit too late, though :-).

Lake front getaway
Enjoyable lake front. It was awesome to have a dock to keep a JetSki and boat. Plenty of parking for our cars and trailers. A good value for the cost per night. There was a boat ramp on the property, but it wasn’t usable since it was small. but there was a Public ramp only a few yards away. They have a nice screen room, but it was raining when we got there and there was a leak in the ceiling so the furniture was wet. Once it dried we use the screen room all the time to watch TV. We would’ve liked TV in the bedrooms but other than that the bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, but the cookware was a little old and scratched. We have already booked again for next year and you can’t beat the waterfront.

We love this place. We have stayed here multiple times. The main bedroom does need a new mattress! But, if you are looking for beauty and a private place, this is it! We always enjoy every moment.

Nice home, great waterfront location
We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. The back screened porch was very nice. Access to the dock and waterfront view were exactly what we wanted. Everything we needed. Would stay here again :)

Great getaway at Murray Lake
Myself and friends stayed for 3 days. House was better then expected. Right on the lake with a dock for fishing. We stayed during the week and it was quite. The home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will be back again.

Anniversary getaway
My wife and I were looking for a nice quiet place to getaway for our 40th wedding anniversary and this place was perfect. The screened in patio was fantastic to sit and look out at the lake. Very piecefull. There are several parks located around Lake Murray that you can visit. We went to Dreher Island state park and did a 2 mile trail hike. It was nice to walk down on the dock and do some fishing too. You get that out in the country feeling, but still close enough to several grocery stores for all your needs. Carlos was quick to answer any question that I had. Great communication.

Such a great place!
Wish we could have stayed longer but definitely enjoyed our 2 day visit. The location was awesome and a very nice dock. Our son thought going out on in the kayak was really fun and it was was be able to step right out the back deck and go fishing. Hope we can book a longer trip in the future.

Quaint with dock!
Loved the stay here! Quiet place with a dock, you can hop in anytime for motoring around the lake. Be sure to bring all your favorite groceries, stores are pretty far away. Loved the porch, very comfy. Be careful of the hot water, it’s very hot! All in all great! 5 star!

Peaceful on the lake
The setting of the home was great. Right on the lake. Waking every morning & having a view of the lake through the living room window was wonderful. The home was very clean & well supplied. Beds were comfortable. Could have used a blanket one night but heat was used. The owner was very responsive when needed. We would highly recommend this home. One negative was that there were several flies in the house & couldn't find a fly shatter.

Rented house so my husband could pre- fish lake murray for a tournament...he went down and i joined on the 2nd evening...i enjoyed the screened porch and dock... clean...great communication w owner....had everything I needed for cooking ....i was able to drop husband in water at ramp nearby.... brought trailer back to house....

Just spent one night here, but everything we needed was there and the kids loved seeing the friendly ducks that were in the lake behind the house. The outdoor space was really great, and the beds were comfortable, which is exactly what we were looking for.

Great Little House On The Lake
We traveled 12 1/2 hours to Lake Murray. This house was perfect for our little family. Mornings on the dock drinking coffee and the night on the lit up screened in porch. It was a great time! Carlos was very helpful answering any questions we had promptly. We will definitely be returning again.

it was good, could use a charcoal grill for outside. also need a ceiling fan in bedroom and maybe a TV. We had a good time , went to just relax for a few daqys and we did get to do that. Place was as in photos. loved sittting on the dock in late evening and the screened in porch. Thank you for being resopnsive when I had emailed you.

Quite cove
If you're looking for a quite get away, this is the place to stay. Located in a quite cove, with a nice dock. The back porch was my favorite, which is where we spent most of our time when we were not playing in the lake with our dogs. They loved it too.

GREAT, CLEAN LITTLE CABIN CONVIENENTLY LOCATED ON MURRAY
Carlos the Owner is a great host!!! Very accommodating and answered any questions I had regarding the home, local restaurants, etc. House was SUPER clean & screened in porch was awesome with the TV outside. The ONLY thing I had an issue with was the mattress. A standard box springs & mattress would have probably been more comfortable than the memory foam type mattress. Other than that 4.8 out of 5!!! I would definitely stay again at this home.
